The more I think about the more I find things I love about this drama because the dynamics are so messed up and real.
Just thinking about how 1st Floor played nicely mainly under the delusion that he could eventually leave with 8th Floors status/cash. That delusional 5th Floor was comfortable enough to not be as desperate as the lower floors. That 4th Floor would do anything just to be a part of the upper Floors since she was so close to being in the lower group. That 8th Floor only respected the upper floors from the start. That the 7th floor was the smartest and most reasonable but could not sway the other upper floors without the fight and willpower of the lower floors behind him. I think it's easy for most people to say what they would do but in reality, it's the dynamic of the whole group that makes all the difference.
I'm excited to watch it again to see all the nuances I probably missed
is it me or did this get cheesier? Season 1 had a nice balance but this almost feels like a totally different writing team. I hope it gets better. Iām only on episode 2.
6 is trash lol, but it makes sense that since he was a fallen celebrity he would embrace being above others again.
