Finished ep 3 - very promising, love the cast and drama captures the feel of story I had when reading the novel. Great ending song!

The mother os the rich rapist got what she deserved also - after indulging him countless times for bigger and bigger crimes in the end she got to experience what the father of the victim lived after his daughter killed herself. The officer taught justice should be served by the law because his father was attacked and he became a cop to catch the attacker; but after seeing what the truth really was and probably countless times the system is twisting and/or hiding the facts, he didn't want to be like them by lying the murder was self-defence.
Also, it is crazy to say that justice must come from the law when all murdered killers lived freely due to mishandling of the law. It is sad that indeed "there is no justice in the world unless we make it" and many people can't make it.

Interesting storyline with amazing acting! Maybe should have had more killing? Is there going to be a second season?

That thief has to destroy her so she doesn't improve and maybe in the future get her justice.

As I was angry with the ending of ep 11, waited for all episodes to drop and they didn't disappoint. The "rich crazy ex-girlfriend/fiance" was also a meaningful character so she was not uselessly included. Ending was amazing and satisfying.
My only sadness is that the husband's mother survived - it was completely fitting for her to be killed by horrible daughter-in-law as she was/is a terrible mother-in-law.

I's so annoyed with the preview of ep 12, I'm waiting for next week to watch the episode with 13 and 14.

Last week, I finished the webtoon and there was not such shit. And I was thinking how stupid it is in kdramas, 10eps are spent waiting for the couple to get together and then 1-3 more on being broken up due to some non-issue... but there is no such thing 'here'... but there is - so stupid.

Agree the line is stupid - if someone wants to break up, it is abuse and stalking to continue chasing the other person and not let them go.

The problem with Ji Won's mother is the cheating and then stealing all money of the family and disappearing for life, She lived 30 km or something (of 3km?) but was never there for her daughter. I think she also stole Ji won's father's life insurance maybe...(I didn't get the point).

What's annoying is adding a completely useless character with only 4 episodes to go, when even the webtoon has plenty of material; is she in the novel? The crazy, rich ex-girlfriend is so overdone and stupid.

I'm coming back the comment previously by some fans that the ML is made too dark by ZLH. But if one puts his life in perspective - it can even be darker.
1. He was abused by his father as a child; treated the crown prince as the sun and him as dirt.
2. His mother was threatened so he can "choose" to go to his death by pretending to be the crown prince/emperor.
3. His father actively almost killed him and then watched as thousands of children were slathered.
4. From useless prisoner became one of/chief strategist of that prince... and more.
His life was super dark.
