I keep checking this page now and then, hoping for some good news... I can't accept the fact that this may never see the light of day :(
Ni Ni is one of my favorite actresses; she is truly amazing. Unfortunately, she doesn't work on dramas as much as the likes of Bai Lu, Yang Zi... That's why a shelved drama like this is a big miss.
If you're contemplating whether to start watching this or not, the answer is a resounding no, I repeat, NO.
I am honestly bewildered about why the main actors agreed to lead in this drama! The writing is awful, to say the least.
Initially, I thought the male lead acting like a 6-year-old around the female lead was the worst thing about this drama... Somehow, the female lead has a strong case whether her character is worse than his π
Can you give a little spoiler. Whether there will be love triangle.
Mostly when you see a single FL and two male leads, it's a love triangle, but it's not the case for Go Ahead πone is her lover and the other one is pretty much her brother (not blood related though)... There was a slight interest but it got disregarded quickly.
I watched years ago, that's how I remember it, hopefully someone corrects me if I am wrong
The ML is poorly written. A captain of a rescue team, who is supposed to be manly, badass, well-respected, and who has accomplished so much, is acting like a 6-year-old kid due to the impact of the FL on him. π
Individuals with his backstory and a similar line of duty tend to be stoic and require time to warm up, unlike what we are seeing. He literally underwent a radical shift in behavior and started acting like a child after few encounters with the FL.
LMAO not to invalidate your opinion but I understand why it has a 9.2 rating. Since it's a well made drama, rational…
Yep, I am a rational person; that's why I said 8.5 is fair. Regarding "Well Made," I kindly disagree because pacing issues and flaws in the story don't occur in a 10/10 well-made drama.
With that being said, I am well aware that some people rate dramas based on how they made them feel, even if there were flaws in the writing and some things don't make any sense. It's not my thing, though.
I am glad that you enjoyed it so much. The same goes for everyone who loved it. However, I had to give my opinion because I strongly believe that the current rating is way overhyped and may be deceiving to some people who will get into it with so much expectation and end up disappointed just like me

The writing in this is extremely bad

If you didn't watch it yet, what the hell are you waiting for? π
