I will hope for a sad ending its been way too long since a good sad ending.People should also grow up and stop hating on a whole drama just because of a sad ending

in novel he dies on the ship there was no faking death or anything like that.I do not see how could she save him when she herself also needed protection even if she is stronger than them.There were so many assasins and the were literally trained to kill zhang family members.If we are going to be realisticthey would all die but they did not since plot armor is a thing

if she could have saved him she would have..Ur making it more complicated than it is..They would potray her as a villain if she was one.She cares about those boys so much already they are basically her children.He was supposed to die anyway they changed the story now just so ding yu xi would have more screen time
