Title A Girl of 35 Spoiler
I think the last episode is a bit rushed (but still satisfying) but please don't let my comment hold you back,…
if I had to nitpick which flaw I didn't like, the ending was a bit rushed, didn't like Manami getting along with Hideo's girlfriend and how they introduced Nozomi's transformation when she became a video blogger.

Other than that, this show is fantastic seriously.

Title A Girl of 35
I think the last episode is a bit rushed (but still satisfying) but please don't let my comment hold you back, this drama has been nothing short of fantastic and the story sucked me in with the first episode, I just had to bingewatch it.

Everyone on the cast acted really well but especially Kou Shibasaki and Sakaguchi Kentaro, they were really impressive. Easily in my top 5 jdramas from this year.

I don't know why but I teared up when mom showed up to wish her happy birthday and the show ended with "36sai no Shoujo"

hit or miss. some episodes are great, others are confusing or boring, most are in between.
oh ofc, there's some stories I did find that were good, I think Yamamoto Maika's and Iitoyo Marie's episodes were my favs.

and thank you hahah, yours too. Love Todome no Kiss!

that's how i feel too, i think it's cool that it's episodic and the heroines are different and using their real names but other than that, the stories really are hit or miss, they're either really boring or passable tbh. the only reason i'm not dropping this is because i'm watching for a certain actress lol.

I saw it as Mimi unsure of what to say to him since she might not want to hurt his feelings, idk.
True though :/ chances of getting a raw video of it alone is low too

No, you are not the only one. Kento lacked in the acting department particularly in emotional scenes. people need…
oh I'm just saying those two films are a must-watch lol. I think he's absolutely a versatile actor, that's why I'm recommending those haha because those two definitely show off his acting chops. (and in this, Kingdom and Todome no Kiss which you've watched)

Have you seen his work in Good Doctor & Gekijou? I changed my mind when I watched those.

I think it's really about the perfect image that everyone has of her at work and how she's the complete opposite…
I have! I remember liking season two a lot more, I think Buchou was more romantic and open towards her

Agreed but this is probably just exaggerated and this is just a light show anyway lol

ok wow i would totally buy those little clips Adachi made, they were so cute! also, omg i hope if he tells kurosawa…
i don't know if i want adachi to tell him or not but it'd be unfair if he didn't but then again, if adachi were to tell kurosawa, it would be breaking kurosawa's trust in him and he could see it as adachi taking advantage of him after all this time :( idk where to go from here, but i hope they get a happy ending which i'm sure we will ofc

Am I the only one who thinks that the main lead's acting was a bit lacking? Don't get me wrong I don't think it's…
I thought Kento did a fantastic job portraying Arisu (especially in ep3), and Tao as well playing as Usagi. That first shot of her in episode 1 already gave me chills.

before the drama ends and everyone eventually leaving, I just wanna say I love this CM community, how everything from the drama to the people in the CM community is so wholesome and cool. I hope there'll be another jdrama where we all can sit down and enjoy together.

p.s please join @einepriseglitzer's Alice in Borderland watch party this Saturday pls ><

If this series has taught me anything, it's that you never know what people are thinking and what they are going…
well said and we never know what others are going through, never assume we know who they are based on our assumptions alone, they could be fighting a battle that we know nothing about
