uhhhhh this started off SO good and then the second half just fell flat and got really weird... when they introduced…
mark as spoiler please. I see this mentioned a lot but literally where does the story go if they were to keep the momentum they had from ep1-3 and continued to play games for the rest of their lives? Playing the games and extending their visas forever and ever wouldn't have accomplished anything. The story needed to slow down for backstories for this world that the story has set up, for Arisu to have the necessary motivation and will to search for the answers to his questions. The main purpose of what happened in ep 3 gave Arisu the motivation to continue searching for the game masters and the reason as to why they're playing all these games. It gave Arisu a reason to want to rest, but at the same time, eventually, it gave him the ultimate reason to keep on living. It's not an unnecessary death, but one that drove the whole plot along. Karube & Chouta may be gone but they're metaphorically w/ Arisu until the very end.
But if you were looking for straight up episodic psychological games from start to end, this isn't the drama for you, I guess.
I wasn't very happy with the 1st episode, so I dropped it, but I re-tried the drama again for Narita Ryo and it…
Yup, even Satomi said this herself in one of her interviews for this drama, you don't have to necessarily agree with her way of doing things and how she handle things isn't supposed to represent the "ideal" pharmacist. But her character wants nothing but the best for her patients and it shows.
2 hours 30 minutes? I love NigeHaji don't get me wrong but I dunno if I can sit for that long for a light drama but I'm sure this special will be entertaining and cute as always regardless
If you haven't watched the 'Making of' Alice in Borderland video and am wondering how they managed to have the main street of Shibuya empty, go watch it here on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xit-ScWgtOs

One of the chinses facebook page uploaded these stupid porn type gifs about eiji and machida and thank god finally…
I'm sitting here wondering what what exactly is a porn type gif of Machida and Eiji but it sounds like it's something really demeaning and I don't want them to see those
