Absolutely love how Manato dealt with Saori, he handled it quickly with class too. You'd think when she appeared that there would be this quarrel that was going to take over the plot for the whole episode but it didn't at all because Manato settled their differences with Saori respectfully and in a classy way.

seeing how much he's endured up until now and how he's at his happiest in EP8, makes me so happy for him

It's such a feel-good, heartwarming drama! Really love how every character were written like they're real people and how supportive and understanding everyone is of each other. Everything about this show feels real and natural. Recommended for sure, it's a lovely story filled with so many likable characters and makes you feel warm watching this.

The final episode has one of the most wholesome endings I have ever seen yet

I don't think anybody here really hated Shibuki tbh, I would've done the same things she did if I were put in a game where everybody else were already best friends in the first place.

Her backstory is kinda sad too, she was looking to live a life that was at least peaceful

Restart it. You get to see her character development as she eventually does get less 'miserable', becomes more open towards others and more animated and cheerful lol. You'll find yourself loving her and the story as well.

but love this spin off tho, rather sweet and important for their relationship moving forward as well

even though I've already finished this and watched Minato's spin off, i still feel like i don't even know Minato lol. I don't know the kind of person he is and idk if it's his acting or what but i never know what he's thinking (except for scenes where they're showing us what he's thinking ofc)

Honestly I love the addition of her character, took me a while but she eventually grew on me. Himawari brings out the sweet side of Tatsu and it's sweet and wholesome :)

If they're sticking with the source material which they've have been so far (there was only a few changes that they made their own), Niragi is still alive.

I love seeing Rokkaku testing if his theory is "right" and Kurosawa always being there to one up on him and keeping him in check hahah
