And? just because some source doesn't have it, doesn't mean it's fake. Many platforms are faster than the Netflix. It was in news, https://v.daum.net/v/GL5WOBEuXx , it has original logos, and format as covers always do, so it's not some fan edit, it's first promo poster, and it might be changed later.

Doubt so. This year Chinese networks do this clownery all day long. They annoucing stuff, and then at the last minute, drop it , or saying those are "technical issues" or some other crap. So nothing new from them.
