I have Twinkling Watermelon on my list, and it’s good to know it’s well written. Maybe it’s the local SK preference to just have bad things continuously happen to the “good characters” until the very end?
I prefer if if the good characters have to endure hard times, they are not dumb, like always leaving your computer unlocked and you empty house wide open! That’s just my preference although a few small wins for every 10 bad things endured would be a bonus!
