I’ve read the novel and I have a lot of qualms with the cast and reasons why she picked this drama. But I totally agreed with what you said. The cast is finalized and filming already began. I’m setting my expectations low and hope for the best. She does constantly surprise me so I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt. Hope he does justice for HT. I had a glance of his work. His recent work is with wulei for his upcoming modern drama that will air soon. Other than that I don’t think any of his work stood out. So I am worried.

I don't think she would act with wu lei again. Swl looks older than his age, wu lei looks his actual age, he can also pass for 19. There a strong chance 7 won't act as love interest with wulei, maybe as siblings sure.

No. Not possible. Look at fty finished filming in Jan 2022. Took a year to air. Home finished in march and will take a year too. Beijing will be next year q1 or q2. There’s too much that needs to be done in order to air. Need to get distribution license
