She leaves him for a bit, but when she returns she saves him from a suicide attempt. In the end, she accepts him back and I guess they lived together for the rest of their lives. She definitely deserved better though.

is it just me, or does some of the music remind you of the drama "New Life Begins" too? Some of the instrumentals give me the same vibe - the one that sounds like a harp. I love it because NLB had such a pretty OST....🥹
