Maybe they feel bad and wants to set things right for their child. You can't take this right from them. She's their child after all. The real question here is if he's really guilty or if her parents are speaking from a place of pain trying to find a scapegoat. Did he really date her while she was a minor? There are a lot of questions..The truth will come out eventually. Let's just don't judge here without further evidence.
