at the beginning of the ep the prof assigned them to read about and interpret the image of poseidon in literary works. and then tong was like, i’ve never even seen the sea, how can i do the report on the sea god (logic). at least that’s what i understood lol
to heck with plot and conflict, just let them chill on the beach until ep12. idc about cgi, stupid friends, etc etc, this is one of the sweetest mellowest shows i’ve seen
the show is growing on me with every episode. at first it was a little sloppy, but right now this pacing is perfection, the acting’s good, and then there’s jane austen🤧and i’m so here for bella tong and mark cullen, ‘aren't you afraid of me’ lol
and also.. p’um on this show? she’s so fine, omg what a mother.
well said. love the characters that have seen some shyte but still seek human connection
yes, true that, the positive relationship experience helps! naivety or not, it’s easy to get entangled in the past pains and close yourself off no matter your age..

we might all be in need of one when we’re lonely, but too scared/hurt to actively seek it. powering through the pain to take some action is another level of strength and openness and bravery. i think:)
