I think some are having that feeling. Because the set up and bar was set too high in S1. But the feeling and humanity…
I think this thing were Netflix releases 2 parts' is ruining many dramas.
Because we get that hype that part 1 was amazing but the second was not that good and people forget that this is not season 1/2 this is only one season divided in two.
Since its divided we need to look at this the same way we look at normal 16 episode release
The story needs to have a good pace for 16 episodes, without getting too much draggy, we need consistence on the plot and we cannot wait for twists on all 16 episodes.
Saw many people commenting that part 1 was more intense, and i agree, but it was more intense because we see the past and extreme bullying....the first part was also the preparation for the revenge and the second is the revenge.
I can guarantee if had the entire 16 episodes in one part our perspectives would be completely different and with no comparisons.
I think it´s time for some to understand that young and old people can fall in love with each other. If you like…
I personally didn't notice that much their age gap FL looks extremely good and looks like she is still in her early 30s..... Their chemistry i this second part was fire and i really loved the slow burn, since romance is not the main plot i dont know why people being like this
The only reason why I keep this drama on hold is because the lead actresses. I'm not really familiar with SHK…
I think you should give it a try, i watched many drama from this FL and with honesty i can admit that she is not the best actress, BUT THIS CHARACTER suits her so well, i thinks it literally her best acting till date... Her expressions in this one made me go crazy for her (in a good way) She SLAYED this one
It was one of the best revenge dramas that i ever seen, no was left apart and everyone got what they deserved. The chemistry between the leads was way better in the second part, i was actually kicking my feet watching them, they looked very good together. The way FL was always smarter and was also one step ahead of them was incredibel, i guess all of those years didnt go to waste I personally would have loved if Yeon Jin would also get burned in her entire body, but we cant get everything we want. And you know what they say, " A couple who gets revenge together stays together"
Decided to re-watch the drama after a few years, and OMG how did i only noticed that the writers did not did a basic research about autism....
SO MANY WRONG THINGS
1st Hospital doctors/board members of the hospital asking if ML autism is cured.......LIKE WHAT????? Autism has no cure, you can only work on yourself to be able to communicate better with the your surroundings
2nd I guarantee you The provability of an autistic person being able to be in karaoke without having a sensory overload is practically 0%.
3rd the way they made almost every character around ML treat him like a idiot when he is literally smarter then everyone in that hospital (savant syndrome), had me cringe so hard.
4th I also dont believe that with the place he is made on the spectrum for him to be so easy to have contact with another person...
I also watched the american and japanese version, and we can see that the american version actually had the will to make the proper research and its by far the better written, but this one will always be a classic for me, i cried a lot in the first watch and it was on of my first's dramas

The trailer just dropped and it looked interesting, at least i will still have a daily drama to see....Cuz i guarantee i will not be watching the substitute for the brides revenge (forgot the name), it looked so bad
The drama had an amazing start, but the last few episodes ruined everything.
Starting from the fact that younger sister and and the brother friends had an amazing chemistry but once they started dating the started to have less and less screen time.
It looks like by the second half of the drama they completely changed the genre of the drama...the first half looked a romantic comedy with a little of work/ big corporation genre in the mix and by the second half the only focus was only the work/big corporation genre with a sprinkle of romance in the mix. I wonder if they changed the writers along the drama...
By the end the two couples had little to almost none closure.
First the younger sister and bestie of the brother, their ending was TRASH, and the fact they have an amazing chemistry together, and they didn't had any kiss the entire 50 episodes (spoiler: if you want a drama with kisses, dont watch i dont remember seeing any.)
The second couple was the older brother and FL friend that ONLY held hands in the last ep, and the fact they were adding some potential love interests for them along the drama and they literally disappeared....
If they maintained the rhythm/ plot of the first half the rating would be way higher and the story could have a decent happy ending
This drama is one of the few that you secretly wish that the secondary couple scenes disappear
sometimes i have the wish to re-watch this drama, but suddenly i remember the headache that the second couple gave me in the first watch and i drop that idea
Even though i really like this drama, i really hope that this trend of adding some type of murderer/ mystery in a romantic/ romantic comedy would end....i really had enough of this

I just came here to say that i decided to watch "lovers in bloom" with the same FL and notice that the actor that play's the brother in this drama is the same that plays her dead husband....imagine my face watching them kiss !!!!1

I personally would love if they did a big time jump with both of them happy with other people FL with a caring husband a child and ML with a caring wife living as a DINK couple. For me this would be the perfect ending for this drama

The acting and the chemistry was very good and it is a must watch.
BUT
Adding the bio mom so close to the end was not the best choice
and
I dont think the secretary had the punishment he deserved....
