the ending to The Untamed was fine and Word of Honor got around the sad ending by filming and releasing an alternative ending (the real ending), so I have hope that JITD won't have a sad ending either.

there's not a massive cliffhanger, but i would still wait because we don't know when we'll get eng subs, it might be months if it's not quickly picked up by gaga, iqiyi, youku or viki.

it's a censored BL, to me there's a massive difference between that and bromance. but no, there won't be any kissing scenes or explicitly romantic love confessions, if that's what you want to know.

If the last two eps are just as good at the first three eps then this show is getting a 9.5 or 10 rating from me and will be one of the best japanese BL dramas I've ever seen. So yeah, it's safe to say that I highly recommend this drama.

Are the people who have superpowers in this show supposed to be aging slower than normal people? Because if not then I think it's kinda ridiculous that the adult characters look the exact same in the flashbacks as they do 24-31 years later in the present (I otherwise love the show though but this bothers me)

That's not true, his drama "The Second Husband" was very popular, it even got an extra 30 episodes and he also won an acting award for it.
