The translation is done really bad here. In the novel it is 'Little Fox'. Whenever it comes up as 'foxy' I cringe so hard and automatically translate.

Yup it gets solved. They talk about it in spirit realm how if he ever turned into an evil ghost due to his desires she will not like him anymore. Simu's desire as an evil ghost is mortals. To be able to be like them or be with them. Thats why SML turned villain is never even considered cz she says she will never like ghosts. In short she gets turned into a mortal.
