Oh I know what u mean. I actually liked the final scene where all guys from the rings quest get into one frame almost reminiscent that they are with him. Was cute and reminded me of rings of power moment when they were crafted and worn gosh :')

Uff its a landmine. They are sooo whimsical im like do u not see all these people. Like ba ik has her cute bada moments but feiyu too. There was one where they were enacting a fancy bow to a king ahaha. And one where while rehearsing feiyu put his hands in ba's red coat pockets and im like he sure is getting indulged. So silly. 🥹

Literally the bts of the ending was as heartbreaking as the scene. They couldn't stop crying and I was like it shows those were real tears and not water droplets 😭

When u think the special episode follows novel ending continuing from ep 40 it makes it a HE atleast imho. I reread the last few chs and they were so clever with the jelly fish details gosh love this production.

Honestlyyy. I am loving their antics in making this gem for us. Seeing them happy and enjoying work makes me happy in return as a fan of the book, show and them ~

Ikr I expected the big bad villain to have that kind of build up but li jie's role and acting overshadowed the black shadow plot thingy. Maybe i have just seen too many xinxias from Love between fairy and devil, love in clouds to eternal love of dream to build up that expectation lol. Who were the starstone couple? Manman and the girl? I love how u describe them quests. Im gonna be using that from now on haha.
