They probably ran out of time due to bad execution. Their wedding g wasn't really that long in novel at best 2 lines. The goddess of fate played a bigger role after she fought with Simu's descendant in last chapter. Really u predictable novel in terms of who becomes immortal or is predicted to in the end haha. There is a future up they talked of in extra chs for that descendant once he accents and his servant (who was the goddess of fate shadowing him and saved DX in the novel lol)

HE but from my understanding u have to watch the special too as they moved the novels ending in it. Ignore for the emotional impact they ended it at the point where he was really sick and about to die. Overall HE.

With chenfeiyu as her student turned graduate turned her prodigious police investigator with Reba as the adviser attaché from school in a university killing she is 'mysteriously' tangled in, that would be so speak. Yup it has. But my standard is very high from reading novels by Zhou Yi (writer of hidden love, first frost, meeting moon).

Same in the novel. They changed fair bit from novel like YK was defeated much earlier and the big bad baddie was DX's ego to win and losing in the politics vs emperor due to DX's coma instead. That was pretty underwhelming when reading it and just plain sad. Really glad they upped the stakes in adaption instead.

He's actually written the same way in the novel. I rather like in drama theh expand more simu's mothers backstory. In novel there was no mention at all and the author dusted off by explaining in one line how DX got the sword. The novel is not without its weaknesses such as these and not fleshing out side characters like Fang and DX sister at all.

Should be alright once express airs. Actual people can place genuine reviews after watching the entire drama to drown out the nonsensical trolls.

100%. I have 6 dramas im watching simultaneouly (morelike watching to finish them because i cant get more than half past them) and this made me drop all to binge this. Was a treat.
