You sum it up well. My exactly thoughts. My only regret is that the King would not ever know (for now) that Bonghwan is real and exists. And there is no spare time for him to adapt "new queen" if they (Soyong and CJ ) are meant to be.

The one that caught my eyes in this pilot eps is Alex Kwon!! He's so handsome..@-@ and Kang Haneul's character OMG is very charismatic. He is very versatile actor. Kim So Hyun is remarkable for portraying the queen. Gosh Im so much ready!!

Royal Secret Agent I heard is more like comedy too. I haven't watch it yet tho.

For some reason, I am bit relieved that he did die as a "hero". As much as I annoyed, I care and can't bring myself to hate him. I am happy enough, that the real queen really cherish him. T-T

Yes. Truly agree. Also remember that the original and initial tittle is actually "Queen Cheorin" Its about journey of the queen. Not only Jang Bonghwan but also Kim Soyong.

"Meant to no homo". I don't think Sobong is all Bonghwan, the queen who king loves is neither all SY nor all BH. He still acts and feels because Soyong's memories and hormones. The confusing part is when their souls then be merged and Bonghwan's voice disappeared. The only regret for me aside that is that clueless king about bonghwan's existence. And it's still a happy ending for me, because SHS and KJH character is the endgame and they are not dead.
