I know now what getting hit by a wrecking wall means - as soon as Cho I Geon appeared on Ep 5. I have been addicted to Single's Inferno, like I know it's infuriating at times, and yet I can't wait for new episodes and seasons. One of the reasons - if am being honest, is purely because "hot guys" featuring in it. Every season, there is always one man out of the many who catches my eye - purely basis first look/impression. Over time, it may or may not change, so naturally I get invested in their storyline.
This season till Ep 4 - I was kind of bummed out cause I really like any guy - purely on the parameter of looks. And then I was not expecting more members to join in Ep 5 - but then they did and OMG! What a Force was Cho I Geon!! Like in the intro video they played for him, when he took off that fencing mask - OMO! OMO! OMO! Well, my username does stand for OH-MY-OVARIES! and it is so true in cases like these 🔥I had an inkling that he'd be a model/actor and it was revealed to be the latter soon. His personality - and choices - yet to see in Ep 6-7 and later, but just by looks alone - DAMN - YUMMY! 😋
I really liked his first choice of the lady, Ham Ye Jin - but then am not sure whether it will sustain. I doubt it. And the second lady he is inclining towards, Kim Go Eun, honestly not too keen on them, it didn't feel as captivating as the camera focus and panellists were making out it to be, for me at least.
Anyways - while I look forward to his choices, I have definitely found my eye-candy for the season! 😉
I finally know what Miley was talking about - coming like a wrecking ball, but like in a good way. Cause that's exactly what JO I GEUN did!!! LIKE WHOAAAAA! I AM HIT! I think he's one of the handsome guys I have come across the Single Inferno universe. Good job, casting directors. LIKE OMGGG when he took off the fencing mask - 🔥❤️🔥🔥❤️🔥 this is inferno for me now - am up in flames, all hot and bothered!! 🤣
I was a little less happy that none of the men in the show were to my liking, unlike previous season. Like cmon I want to be delulu too. AND THEN THISSSSS!! I hope his storyline/personality/choices are good in the end (not Mina Sue, please - I don't want to dislike her, but the show makes me).
I have a feeling he will go for Ye-Jin when he said demure to Mina, and I want them too! I liked her from the start and was sad that no one was choosing her - so fingers-crossed!!! (Update: YESSSSSS!!)
Ep 5: After Mina-Sue makes a face when Su-been is ignoring her and talking about his hoodie.
DEX - I think its kind of "cute" that her face gives everything away like that. HONG JIN KYUNG slowly moves her head and looks at him like 😑😒😒😑
I was like - SAME WOMAN SAME, like why are all the men obsessed with "Mary" Sue?
Anyways, still watching the episode and I hope Su-Been is being real with Hee-Sun, and not just caring for her to make Mina Sue jealous. I know this is a reality show - but it would really be hurtful if they are not end game :(
KIM WON HEE is one of my favorite ahjussis! Like why is he so amazing!!! He was so good here as a father figure to Se-na, he was amazing as a father to Sun Jae in Lovely Runner, and who can forget his iconic double role in Strong Woman DBS!!! AAAARRGGGHHH! Love Love Love him! If he's there I know the drama will be good, and even if the drama is not good - I know his character will be great! ❤️

It hit me too after like 5-10 seconds when he first appeared in IDOL I. I was like he looks really familiar, and then somehow a particular scene and his voice reminded me - OMG, its the anesthesiologist with ponytail.

When I saw him in this drama, and his first banter with the FL -I was wondering whether this would be a love triangle. In any case - in my head I was already imagining an enemies-turned-lovers spin-off for the prosecutor and an FL inspired by Se-na [reader]. I think once this drama officially ends - I will definitely try writing one. That just showcases how much I liked a character/drama.
In general - I find Jung Jae Kwang quite hot. This is the second time I am seeing him in a drama. In the first one - The Trauma Code, he was really good and had caught my eye even in a support role. Here too his screentime was relatively less but impactful. I can't wait to see him in more main roles and that of an ML. I think he's very handsome and talented - has a kind of enigmatic aura in both the roles I have seen him in. Thoroughly enjoyed and satisfied - and can't wait to see more of him in future 💖
After Ep 4 - I hope Su-Been sees some sense, and gets closer to Hae-Sun. Why can't people like people who like them back!! Argghhhh I want the new episodes NOW!
