Yes, I don't mean in a bad way - both EOY and LR are some of my favourite dramas. But to me yes, maybe its the characteristics liked you mentioned - felt familiar/similar?

Another one that comes to my mind is another favorite actor - Ji Sung. Like I have seen him in dramas that have had something to do with legal, or similar swag. Or in the similar genre of suspense/crime. Like he delivers them all differently, but the vibe is same.

I guess am seeing the same for KHY - cause the works I have seen of hers are in the same range.

Oh I didn't know about that - thank you for sharing and yes, that really sounds exciting. Just hoping the character is away from what she's played so far, even if the drama/movie genre is different.

I'm kind of divided about watching this drama. I feel that KHY has been kind of typecast into a character that's very similar to the ones she's played in Extraordinary You and Lovely Runner. Like don't get me wrong, I think she's a fantastic actress, but seeing the trailer of this drama I feel like am watching Lovely Runner's Im Sol, or Extraordinary You's Eun Dan Oh all over again. Like she's a guminho here, but the "vibes" are same.

Hence, the low motivation. But I like the actress, and I have been waiting for Lomon, plus I love mythological based stories, hence I am confused. Guess will wait a while to see how the reviews / ratings / comments are.

But I hope KHY goes back to choosing roles that are more different. Something like she did in Sky Castle. Or take roles of different genres, cause she's an ace, and would hate to see her get type casted.

Also have they deliberately named a character "Woo Seok" here? If so, clever. Plus saw some tiktok/reels looks like there are scenes similar to Lovely Runner. Oh no, hmmm then I have no more recommendations, as am yet to see his other works. But looks like others have appreciated My Lovely Journey and 100 Days a Prince. Could try that - and I also saw a news where he's going to play a villain. So man is diversifying and trying out a lot of things, so I guess we can look forward to his other works.

I agree - the message was there. I have not seen Love Catcher, but heard of it. Till date have only seen Single's Inferno, and now Noona Gap in terms of dating variety shows. Is Love Catcher good? Any particular season? Going by what you shared am guessing Bali?

Do give - The Judge from Hell. That was where I saw him first, and he was good even with Park Shin Hye being in the lead and owning it, he was a great ML there. Which is one of the reasons for me to start IDOL I - because he was good there.

I mean it's brilliant from the excitement perspective - so well done, creators-of-the-show. But what of my poor heart, how can I wait till next Monday with this suspense!!!

anyways - loving how the drama is moving so far - its cute, mature, fun, engaging, suspenseful, they are doing well and running a tight ship so far. But I have been hurt by dramas badly before that sink as they near the finale, I hope that's not the case here and we get very convincing logic and motives about the whole murder case. If its weak, or sub-par, that will really hurt the entire experience we have had so far. Really hoping this cliff-hanger is worth it!

I guess the finale was just what everyone wanted, even though it was not what I wanted. I kind of fast-forwarded through it, I felt it was a convenient ending. I really wish them the best and hope they do stay together, but just felt it was for the show. Hope it was better for you!

Babi is my favorite too, wishing he was there in IRL too, he was that good for me. One of the best male characters I have come across.

I am yet to see his other works, but the first I saw was "Sweet Revenge" (he was also called Solomon that time). Have not seen his other works, but have heard about them and its incredible to see the run he's had. Not sure if I'll watch it - but if the reviews/comments are good, will love to see him in the upcoming drama: No Tail to Tell. Looks like he really gets roles in foxes and wolves themed dramas 🦊🐺

Can anyone explain what the MC meant - why it is so hard, if the person shares the same zodiac symbol as you. I know about the 12 Chinese zodiac signs and what the context is but why would that be difficult.

Scene Context: One of the MC says that Bonhee's brother is 11 years younger and Mujin is 12 years younger, so they share the zodiac sign. Then the other MC says that it would have been better if he was even more younger and then it can be treated as irrelevant, like how does it matter.

What am not able to understand - just like 13-14 years will be irrelevant, why cant 12 years be seen the same. Also what's the whole being same zodiac sign not that great? Is it like superstitious or bad luck? I mean wouldn't it be nice to have the same zodiac sign - that means you're more similar people, if one believes in them and the traits and other things. Like I get it, in general it means you are people with similar traits - both good and bad. So its a good thing cause your strengths multiply, but then so does your weakness. But then isn't that true for everyone in general, what the zodiac angle with the 12 difference going to change?

could be - could be - we'd never know what really went on in their minds/hearts or as per script. Yes, that's what I feel that Mujin is super comfortable with both women, more so with Bonhee cause of obvious reasons and time spent. But Bonhee is not that comfortable anymore, like her expressions are more guarded.

Not sure if it is for real, or done deliberately for the show given its last few episodes, that makes the audience keep guessing if they will choose each other or not.

Also, I am not across whether this show is over, and if anyone is together still - assuming the filming must have been done earlier. The other show that I saw in similar genre was Single's Inferno, and apart from 1-2 couples that I have seen across seasons, I think no one stuck around. It's really easy to start seeing real life scenes in such shows, we tend to get so invested. Which is a great thing, and kudos to the show creators and participants. I just everyone is happy with their choices, and so are we as an audience!
