But....Bestie needs a break from red flags🙈She's going to have a major case of trust issues once her husband…
Yeah 😭 when they first met, he literally saved her and the FL from that asshole during the car accident

And you remember her husband?Man was busy denying her in the club when she got slapped—from the same asshole ,,,this husband was more worried about the cameras and who was filming than about her. Like??? be so fr ..

Honestly, I wanted her to leave him then—not wait around for that classmate or whoever to show up. She deserves better than all of this.

interesting but i will feel really bad for the bestie. she had enough to deal with her scumbag husband, she deserves…
Yeah, she married young and clearly wants her marriage to work—to be a safe place,as you put it.. Time together, stability, a quiet kind of happiness. And that’s completely valid.
But she’s also so strong, and honestly? She’s been taken for granted by her husband. A few cute words here and there, and that’s it
 lol.
And that’s why I feel she deserves a different kind of challenge in her life—a strong man who can protect her, save her, love háș»r, and be someone she can truly depend on.
That’s why this whole mess feels especially unfair to her..

Yeah, same .. I really hope they wrap up this messy storyline and don’t drag it out any longer.

And yeah, the SML genuinely seems clueless about the history of that case. He doesn’t look like he knows the truth at all. But the way they keep giving us flashbacks of his dad being harsh and rude to him
it has to be setting something up.

I’m really hoping that once everything comes out, he chooses the right side and breaks away from that legacy. But I still think he would be a good match for her friend..lol

😂😂 Fair enough—if you see it that way, it totally makes sense. I’m on the mature-girls side: I like a little challenge, some complexity, a bit of spice. Plain rice every day isn’t it lol.

Some want peace first, some grow through friction—neither is wrong, it’s temperament. And sometimes we choose complexity because it’s interesting, not because we need to fix anyone..lol

LOL YES 👀👏 you noticed the detail!!
I mean, yeah—his issues are with the ML, his dad, all that messy family stuff
not with women.Which is why the way they framed him at the beginning felt unnecessarily shady, almost like the writers wanted us suspicious on purpose.lol..Low-key hoping it’s a slow reveal and not another “we didn’t know what to do with him” situation 😅

I'm certain that the report is a trap laid out by Yu. I think that's why he's secretly working with the supplier…
Yeah, that actually tracks—and it’s a smart read ....
That’s very Yu: long game, indirect pressure, letting other people arrive at the conclusion themselves...
If this is where the plot’s going, then the “report” isn’t the endgame—it’s the bait.

Honestly? If the writers pull this off, I’ll forgive them for a lot ..lol

harsh. but I respect that đŸ«ĄSML doing a good job looking like a greaseball with a hidden agenda
Yeah, exactly—I thought so too 😭
Remember when he saved her in that car accident (or whatever that mess was) with the FL? That moment actually sold me.

But then
they gave her that silly, all-over-the-place storyline, and now I don’t think it’s gonna work anymore lol. The potential was THERE, and they just fumbled it..

Honestly, I never wanted her with that boring husband in the first place. The writers could’ve switched things up, but nope—lazy, predictable setup
And the SML isn’t a red flag to me. He’s troubled,..but we don’t actually see him being bad with women. . He’s respectful with his stepmom, respectful with the FL, so I really hoped they’d change the direction.

Girls like her—the emotionally mature, nurturing, steady ones—they weirdly thrive with men like him. Strong on the outside, quietly fractured underneath. Not because they’re obligated to fix anyone, but because they’re built for emotional heavy lifting. And honestly...They often find it engaging. Purposeful. Even fun.
And when that kind of man falls—he doesn’t fall halfway...He falls hard.
Lifetime loyalty. Constant pampering. Absolute prioritization.
She doesn’t just become part of his life—she becomes the queen of it...still it ís a crazy idea,,,lol

Exactly. Like everyone is wanting the 2 main leads friends to end up together which I would've liked that if they…
Exactlyyyy...It really does feel badly scripted and badly edited...Also if they had to pair her with someone, at least make it interesting. The husband is boring, annoying, zero spark. Like
why are we wasting runtime on this man? Pair her with someone who actually brings tension or depth—SML was right there with unresolved issues and actual narrative weight....so..yeah..

I feel like SML overacted in some parts because he seemed like he's going to be a violent character but it's only…
Yeah, I get what you mean—and I kinda agree...
I strongly think he’s not on his dad’s side. There’s zero love lost there. No loyalty, no “I’ll carry on your legacy” energy. His dad is just
an asshole.. His issues come from wanting validation, not from sharing his values.

So yeah—he’s damaged, not dangerous. Angry, not evil.
The drama just leaned a bit too hard on the “menacing vibes” when it didn’t need to.

Hopefully they keep it grounded and don’t suddenly flip him into some cartoon villain. Let him stay complicated, not violent.

Okay hear me out—I have a theory
 and yeah, it’s a little crazy 😭

It really feels like they’re actively trying to make the SML more appealing on purpose: daddy issues, authority trauma, rough edges, the whole “wounded man with a strong personality” starter pack. Classic move to soften him up and get the audience to sympathize.

And honestly? If they had to pair him with someone, it should’ve been her friend, not that boring husband she’s stuck with.
Please. Let the husband go chase his schoolmate or whatever random side quest he’s on.

Her friend is mature, supportive, emotionally open—and yeah
she 100% has that “I can fix you” energy. And weirdly enough? That actually works with the SML. Like, it clicks in a way I didn’t expect.
And Gong—dear—you being a little cute and soft for her?? So
step aside, let the SML take over ..lol

Is it realistic? probably not.
Is it fun to imagine? absolutely.
Is it a little unhinged? 100%.

But tell me it wouldn’t be interesting 😏

Her friend is mature, supportive, emotionally open—and yeah
she absolutely has that “I can fix you” energy. That combo feels weirdly perfect for someone like him.

And honestly? Gong being a little cute and soft with her?? ..lol
That’s my hot take ... It’s unexpected, slightly off-script, but somehow
 it clicks in my head,,,lol

I lowkey wish he’d gone for her friend instead. That I would’ve supported—clean, harmless, already comes with a boring ex-husband (hopefully), zero emotional splash damage. Perfect. No casualties.
And honestly? Her husband can go look for his old school friend or whatever
 lol.
But noooo. Of course not.
He had to lock onto our girl—like sir, absolutely not. Stay in your lane. Respectfully.
So yeah—credit where it’s due: the acting works, the intention is clear

but it’s still a hard nope from me...lol

I don't like what he did. But I understand why he did it. And I agree what he did and how he handle it wasn't…
You said it... Yeah—let’s hope the drama levels it up. Deeper emotions, better handling, less frustration.

Because misunderstandings and feelings are complicated.Same here..lol.. Even as an adult, I still struggle with whether to say things out loud or hold back. Timing matters. The person you’re talking to matters. One wrong move and everything shifts.

So yeah
hoping the drama leans softer, clearer, and way fluffier going forward

She got remarried quickly while he was still mourning his dad. You didn't want him to pursue architecture, but…
EXACTLY...No wonder he’s messed up. That’s not “protective mom,” that’s emotional whiplash...
She didn’t just move on—she steamrolled over his grief and choices...

LOL yeah, I see what they’re trying to do 😭
They’re really pushing the “humanize the SML so you feel bad for him” agenda. Like, “look, daddy issues, he’s complex, pls sympathize.”..lol

Okay, fine—I get it, they want a strong rival for our girl. But nah.THANK YOU..
From day one, this man was just
irritating. Mean for no reason, rude as hell, sharp tongue, zero chill.
Yes, he’s a victim of his dad—sad, noted...But that does not give you a pass to act like a jerk.

And honestly? The actor’s expressions aren’t helping. It just makes him come off even harsher.

So yeah
no thank you.... please stay away from her 😂

The friend and the husband were so toxic and much much worse in the novel
Yeah, that actually makes a lot of sense. If they were way more toxic in the novel, that’s probably why the drama version feels so off—they toned it down but didn’t rebuild it in a believable way.

You can absolutely create a strong, painful crisis between a couple without cheating and still make it hit hard. Miscommunication, fear, insecurity, pressure—there are so many ways. But this? OMG. It just feels lazy and poorly adapted...lol

Man
I can’t stand his mother. She’s so weird, weak, and honestly annoying. Like—your son sends you gifts but never shows up. Do you not understand the message?? 😭

That’s not love—that’s distance mixed with childhood trauma.
He respects you, sure, but deep feelings? No.

God, please read the room.
