Anyone notice that the actor opposite of Krist on the poster is not Fluke?
The second lead was originally Mike, but they decided he wasn't the right fit and replaced him with Gawin.

Do you know when be my favorite will come
We're still waiting to hear on that one. :(

But here's hoping it comes after NLMG on Tuesdays, if they can finish in time.

Title Boyband
The official promotions for it have included both Thai and English. I think eng subs are likely.
That's some good deductive reasoning! It's a shame that some companies are still so resistant to international fans, but hopefully we'll see less and less of that in the future. And here's hoping we get some fan subs for the other shows in the meantime.

What was with the chained guy? Why was he locked there? I think mac locked him there because he had this crazy…
Big Boss locked him up, presumably to be one of the prostitutes like the others. Mac saved him, but he's a damaged person as well, so he inflicted some strange things on the boy too. But he tried to be kinder in the end. Overall, it was a very strange film, so for all I know he could have just been chained there for mild amusement. But it was the "Big Boss" who put him there.

Hm, a date change to 2023. That means they'd need to have some info to get it approved on here, right? Does anyone know anything about this? Normally the defunct projects go back to 0000.

What do you mean rpd* :O ? Dude.. you can't loosely call anything and everything rp just to satisfy your need…
That's the interesting and frustrating part, which the show was trying to address but may have done so poorly. I'm honestly not 100% sure I like how they handled it myself. See, you're right, she ISN'T blameless. They were both drinking and both being stupid. But it poses the question of who is to blame when something like this happens and both parties are incredibly wasted.

Personally, I don't know if the show was ready to handle the implication here. It's sort of like a philosophical debate, because women can and do assault men in the same way (getting him drunk, preying on him when he's been drinking, etc.) so in a m/f assault, it isn't that only women can be victims and only men can be predators. There was zero malice on Alex's part. He was so drunk he could barely consent himself, so there's also a question of Jean's responsibility.

Jean does mention this, to be fair. She doesn't blame Alex. But unfortunately, even if someone is drunk and doesn't mean to, they can still hurt you. The issue most of us have with the Alex/Jean angle is that the show seems to want to romantically pair a girl with a guy who did something traumatic to her. She's suffering from what happened, even if she knows he didn't mean to hurt her, which means they shouldn't be paired up romantically, despite the show continuously hinting that they will be. These assumptions could all be wrong, though. I'm just guessing, along with the rest of us. Honestly, this show tries to bring in teaching moments but doesn't always spend enough time and care on explaining them. I'm waiting until the end to decide if I like how it ultimately handled all of these tricky topics.

But yeah, you might want to watch the scene again for a better idea of what they were going for. It's a little confusing initially. It isn't that she's giving in, she just freezes in shock, which many victims do in the moment. She's into it for a minute, then her eyes widen and she realizes he's not using a condom. She tries to make him stop in her own drunken state, then realizes he came inside her and her face twists in shock and disbelief.

She noticed that he went in without a condom, so she told him to stop. She said no multiple times and struggled. Consent can always be revoked. The complication is that they were both drunk and he didn't hear or understand her, but it still was rape. It isn't a black and white situation, but she didn't want to have unprotected sex and told him to stop. I understand that you're confused, but it's important to take a moment to stop and examine these things instead of getting angry. This is why the whole culture around getting drunk and hooking up is so troubling, because people can both intentionally and unintentionally blur the lines or cross other people's boundaries.

Hold on. So in the next episode Alex is going to try to kiss Jean, the woman he raped, so that he can orgasm again?!?…
Seriously! Ugh, this show actually surprised me initially by being much better than I was expecting, then it turned out they lost their steam midway through the show, and all of the nuance flew out the window. It's like they wanted to talk about tricky, complex issues, but they only came up with half of it and figured they'd find a resolution as they went. It's worse than not even bringing them up because they aren't giving them the respect they deserve. I'm sad because I was really enjoying this show, but I'm bitter now because it raised my expectations before dropping them completely.

It's not. There's only one version in Russian. I've been looking for a while, and so has my best friend. They're all the same damn version.

I'm curious are these 2 BFs in real life?
They say they're just friends, but you never know. Fluke is openly gay, Ohm has never said what his orientation is. Neither has mentioned dating anyone at the moment, but it isn't like we're owed details on their private life.

Title Zomvivor
Only if the girl/guy "pairings" are skinned and unapologetically devoured by zombies within the first 60 secondsAin't…
Exactly! This is why I have a hard time watching straight stuff. This is a very good argument that I wish was being used on someone with the potential to actually hear it.

Unfortunately, complex thought and discussion aren't what the troll had in mind, so you should probably ignore it if it replies. It just desperately wants the attention its mommy and daddy never gave it in hopes of making someone else feel as bad as it does.

Title Zomvivor
Just curious, but why? Every single zombie show or movie ever has girl/guy pairings, and there's never anything…
Right? I love how these people don't even get the irony of their own comments. Clearly if I want something to be BL, it means I want EVERY drama ever to be BL!!!1111

This company gained all of its success from BL fans, and now that it's doing a cool, fun concept like zombies, it isn't out of line to want to see something with BL in it. But try not to engage with trolls too much. Just ignore it and it will die eventually. Or block it. I think that's what I'll do.

It depends on what drew you to Bad Buddy. I wouldn't say these shows are very similar. Bad Buddy was more intense…
Exactly! I don't get why people feel the need to compare them.

So I kind of liked Bad Buddy a lot and looking for something as enjoyable... Should I go for this one or is it…
It depends on what drew you to Bad Buddy. I wouldn't say these shows are very similar. Bad Buddy was more intense and had a stronger plot and story structure. The writing was better, though it also set up something major and then sort of let it peter out. This show is very, very low conflict, very light, and is more like scenes from a hat throughout. It has a goal and loose story, but it's mostly just feel good moments and brief obstacles that are solved by the end of the episode. Personally, I feel MSP is just okay. I initially liked it more than I thought I would, but be warned that is is a little overhyped. As far as toxic shows, though, this isn't anything like TharnType. This is like the least toxic thing out there. It's all sunshine and rainbows, so if that's what you're looking for, this is great for easy fluff and low stakes. Don't expect the acting and directing chops of an Aof-Ohm-Nanon team, but you'll probably still enjoy it if you're just in it for a sweet time.

I think this is a ''cute'' show.. nothing groundbreaking but its a pretty cute show.
Yeah, it's cute, simple, low conflict. It's not the best thing I've ever seen, but those friendships are sweet, and I think it allows people to just watch without having to think too hard.

I CANNOT wait to see how Title and Ton do as a couple! They are both really good actors and I’m curious to see…
He has a romance as the side couple in Triage if you want to see him do that kind of part. There isn't a ton of focus on them, but I liked their pairing.
