I know, I have seen japanese cinema, but also I did not have context because I went in blindly. It is confusing to me when people don't talk because, I myself am not good at social cues and everything is not as clear it might seem to others

Yup, but I don't hear the locals speak thai often, it's mostly chinese that is spoken even though the people there are supposed to be thai which always confuses me

No but it sounds so off because it is not Fan Xiao's voice, and the pronounciation is off. Everyone there speaks chinese to them which I find unusual
