Koh hasn't aggressively done anything to Jira. He acts like a spoiled rich kid who doesn't take "no" for an answer. YSL repeatedly turns down opportunities to take revenge on FX. He's being coerced into physical intimacies but yet he is withholding emotional intimacy because of the intense hurt over FX's deceit and manipulation. He's refusing to feel tenderness toward FX because the love he feels for FX has been overshadowed by FX's obsessive seemingly insincere behavior. FX is a complicated individual. Smoking almost disappeared in American movies because of health concerns and not promoting it in films. I hate to see it reoccur in frequency. The "victim" mentality is abhorrent to me as well. Personally I don't view Jira's attitude as victimization. He seems artistic and sensitive. He cries a lot which doesn't resonate with me. But there's been more than one comment about him being passionate and emotional so the crying may not be a weakness but an emotional outlet for intense feelings. I think this series has some depth that will develop over time.
