This is such an excellent series! I can understand how so many people are frustrated by the lack of closure of Wenlang and Gao Tu. The story left a gap there that begs for either a special episode or season 2. The phone call to Hau Yong from Wenlang's supposedly dead omega father left a leader into another story line. The brief introduction in episode 14 or 15 of HY's cousin, also, left an opening for followup. I loved, loved, loved the main couple, but I can envision real potential for more episodes with other characters being the main focus. Thank goodness I had the novel to keep me emotionally satisfied...but, even the novel begs for more---lots more! The question now is: HOW SOON? Please and pretty please--SOON!
This is a light-hearted funny totally bingeable series. I'm really enjoying it.
There seemed to be some criticism about Song Hye Kyo and Daniel Henney being cameo roles. I think it's great that they agreed to appear in this series. Daniel Henney is totally fine. Believe me being comedic as a dog pretending to be human didn't detract. It was a contrast of his role in "The Wheel of Time", but, hey, that's why it called "acting".
When SYS was in the hospital, the doctor said that if he was an omega, he would think he was going into heat.…
It occurred to me that possibly the reason why HY refused sex with SSY was because his natural inclination was to be a "top" not a "bottom". But, then again, in the private tea scene HY tells Wenlang that he enjoys pretending being an omega with SSY and that if the only way he can stay with him is as an omega, he'll have his gland removed.
The reason I love Ocean is because I see him in the live streams and vlogs, and I can notice some of his habits,…
Ocean must be Wenlang. I'll have to check some of those live streams out. He hasn't been very likeable so far in this series, but I've just recently seen his character be less stiff and more expressive.
Yes we're definitely not good at using the spoiler tag on this page I will have to admit š¬
I've rewatched the series and reread the novel so many times. I'm obsessed! I forget to use the "spoiler" tag, but if I could give a 10+ rewatch review for this series, I would. The only other series I've been this enamored with was KinnPorsche, and unfortunately the whole scandal surrounding one of the writers killed any future seasons of that series.
I think our only chance is to hope for a season 2. Although I'm not really a fan of children in shows (or when…
A season 2 would need adult expansion, but the offspring of the 2 couples in this series could be seriously good...especially if "peanut" is as precocious as his father. Some of Hua Yong's dialogue is subtlely humorous and he did present as an enigma at 8 years old and was naming their first child when he was 16š
This ep was kinda boring for me. Maybe cos i had expectations that weren't metI thought we'd have a pregnancy…
Oh, thanks for letting us know about the 3 hour finale. I did enjoy episode 14 immensely, but the ending set up episode 15 to be primarily about the secondary couple. Drat! 6 more days!
Omega verse, Military and Mafia bl series is what I want now. I don't want highschool and college life bl. Or…
I agree! The sisters wrote a compelling novel. I've read several parts of it many times while wishing my life away for the next episode in this series.
Iām pretty sure itāll be 16 episodes, unless thereās an official announcement about it. For now, itās…
So far no season 2. If a 2nd season isn't done and they rush through Wenlang and Gua Tu's story, maybe they'll have mercy and at least produce a "special episode"...quicklyš
Today's episode was disappointing. It started off fine but dragged on too much, and the second couple barely got…
Hopefully Guo Tu and Wenlang will get the majority of episode 15 or at least a significant amount of screen time. The novel had extended chapters to accommodate developing their story. But, the authors could even do a book devoted primarily to them. This whole omergaverse world building has a potential for several additional books and series: Guo Tu and Wenlang, their child and Hua Yong and Mr. Sheng's child, Wenlang's parents, and Hua Yong's cousin who is the heir to a Mafia family who's married to a beautiful Alpha cop. There might even be a possibility that rat of a half brother could reform in prison and have a story although he's morally bankrupt.
100% with you on this. I want whole series about S&G...
The series could be expanded into season 2 to develop their story more completely, but I'm not sure I can take the suspense waiting. I would like Guo Tu and Wenlang's characters developed more. Wenlang needs more vulnerability and emotional connection with Guo Tu. Until recently Wenlang just seemed like a jerk who behaves arrogantly. He needs to be a little more likeable for sweet responsible moral Gui Tu to love him with such devotion for 10 years.
Absolutely loved this episode! It had it's sweet moments, but , also, had intense ones. Hua Yong learning to bake teddy bear cookies for his future "peanut" was adorable. I equally enjoyed his transformation into a psychopath protecting his mate. Mr. Sheng being besotted by his scheming ever pleasing partner was romantic. Their bed scene where there were no condoms...funny and passionate--and you didn't see a thingš¤Ŗš„“

The scene where SSY looks at HY about an alpha getting pregnant is so well done. It's short but awesome!
