This drama isn’t a typical Korean drama. It shows some of the inner workings of making a drama and compares dramas to real life. There are many romances in this drama and I enjoyed each of them. It also deals with family dynamics. It is more realistic than a lot of dramas that I have seen. Sometimes that is a turn off to me, because I watch dramas to escape from reality, but this time it worked out. Hyun Bin plays Ji Ho and does a superb job. Ji Ho’s character is sweet with a cruel side. There were times during this drama that I really thought some one should just kick his butt. Jun Young played by Song Hye Kyo was a strong Director in a man’s world at work. However, she seemed weak in relationships. I can’t stand it when a woman lets a man treat her bad. Regardless of the fact that I really didn’t enjoy her character that much, Hye Kyo is an excellent actress. My second favorite couple is Gyu Ho/Uhm Ki Joon and Hae Jin/Seo Hyo Rim. Ki Joon is an awesome actor and I fell like he is vastly under-rated. If you get a chance, then you should watch him in Scent of a Woman. I love Hyo Rim in everything she plays in, because she is so versatile. There are many secondary stories in this drama and I think each one of them is well written and acted. The music was also appropriate for each scene. I probably won’t rewatch this, but it is well worth watching!!! Enjoy!!!
