Reporting back: things are getting better slowly for Xing Wu and his family (he's working too hard though) but this is a slight spoiler - she leaves, and so the latest two eps have been quite sad.

I hope so? It's hard to tell with the previews but we are nearing the end so hopefully yes?

That is because they are actually younger than the FL and ML. Remember they were drinking juice when she apologized for judging them in the very beginning, and she and the ML were drinking alcohol. So, the friends should be 17 years old (not legal drinking age), but she is 18 years old because she took a gap year to take care of her mom. The ML should be maybe 20-22 years old? I am guessing thats his age range because her new friend (in ep 12) mentions that he was a senior when she started highschool so there's about a 3-4 year gap between the FL and ML.

Unfortunately, Jae Wook's acting thus far is kind of bad. I get that maybe that is how his character is supposed to act but something about his facial reactions are just not it.

Episode 1 was boring.

LOL that might definitely be a minor factor, but I think it'll be because he wants to pursue his passion and dreams with planes.

Also, all of his friends and now the girl that he likes (loves) are in school and it is not summer anymore so he will have some form of FOMO (fear of missing out), and will want to go back to school too. But really, it'll be because he deep down wants to pursue his dreams, and the FL will definitely help convince him to not give up on his dreams.
