To see comments here from women who are repulsed by this dirtbag and don’t wanna see his face restores my faith in humanity cos I know a lot of female fans on his insta are going “oppa we love you. We wait for you”. That made me wonder, huh, so men get a pass for bad behaviour, but women are giving him this pass. Why ?!!
I work with children and I can assure you that this episode it's not an exaggerated portrayal. Nowadays most of…
Oh my goodness. If you don’t mind my asking, is it a European country school system or Asian? Cos I know for a fact that this is not possible in Western Europe
Most of the cases in the drama / webtoon are inspired by real life, so you can get the idea 🥲
It’s a collectivist society. It also has a very high self exit rate, considering for a first world country. Public shaming is also part of the culture. I mean, South Korea had cancel culture perfected way before it made it global.
Ugh Soon Ho is nosy and overbearing. Like why are you pestering the pianist to use your studio. What’s your problem 😒 Also an artist has the right to choose the sound engineer, producers and mixers they want to work with. A studio cannot force that. How is this woman running a professional recording studio and not know how this works. Also there is no agency representing this pianist to discuss these matters with the studio? lol what kind of freelance independent shit is this 😂 also Soon Ho set up this arrangement with the artist that he will work with her in hire sound engineer without a contract and just on lease arrangement (specifically mentioned that he is paying by the hour). Geez, I get so pissed of with this basic inconsistencies.
Plus the side plots are kinda getting insufferable now. The pianist and the studio owner, the mother of the boarder, the boarder and the landlady love angle, like can we focus and get it over with.
Okay, here’s something I realised after watching this one (halfway through), some people really have a hard time with unrequited love. Like it’s a really situation for them. I have never experienced it myself. I have seen a few friends of mine go through it and really burn with it. And I could never empathise with it. Nor could I understand. I couldn’t relate. And hence, I avoided dealing with them when they moped too much about someone who doesn’t love them back and is living their life happily without them. So…watching this makes me feel that yeah it’s my blind spot. It’s not yearning. It’s basically knowing it’s futile but dear to you.
The husband giving the barista money to call that number such an unnecessary thing. He is wretched but unable to be pitied.
And for the FL to insert herself so much in the ML’s pity party, crying and begging him to move on 😒 Ughhh who are these people ? How do they make a living ? 😂 they are so wasteful with their time and emotions.
Jisoo is unlikeable overall - as a friend, as a one sided lover, as a wife, as a random acquaintance and as the AI technology 😂 u find her insufferable, mopey and selfish
He is such a good actor and he’s aged so well as an actor too. He chooses really different projects. This may have taken him out of the Korean mainstream but people outside of Korea just enjoy his acting prowess and range.
It’s a bit sick for the girl to indulge in the memorialising of Jisoo while crushing on the guy. Which bridge she went to, why she went to Norway and behave like a nutjob when the weather was bad, I’m half waiting for the FL to speculate what underwear color she preferred to help ML remember his first love 😂 weird
Why do people think so much before picking a call? Like seriously curious. Starting at the lit cellphone display at the caller ID for a good 3-5 seconds. A bit annoying, very common in this show.

This movie tries to be edgy and cool, Scorsese-esque gritty, to portray the dark underbelly of Seoul. It does nothing.
Edited: This episode is silly. But okay I get the message.
I need therapy after this episode 💀
I swear to God! I did a quick search and Episode 5 is based on a real case and the teacher self existed. Wow!
