At this point (after ep 5 & 6), I am indecisive whether to continue to follow this drama any more ... The plot and characters' actioins just don't make sense to me. I don't feel the relationship between the ML1 and FL is logical or emotionally developed. There doesn't seem to be chemistry between them. I feel it's contrived.
Story is getting predictable. Plot of double-crossing is getting old. Inha's father gave the biggest clue of all: Inha is like his father. LJY is a very good actor in this drama. His eyes ... wow ... show the psychotic and unpredictable tendency. It's easy to act as a straight good or a bad person. But harder to act as an evil/amoral person. He almost gives that Anthony Hopkins vibe in the Silence of the Lamb.
When it comes, it will pour ... So far Feb/March, I have nothing I want to see. Hoping for Mid-April. I think the wait is harder for people who have read the story. The other drama I am waiting for is The Double. I've read the story ...
Kind of expected from a thriller no? And this drama is pretty tame, it's only rated TV-14 here in Canada.
Yes, they exist. I am sure in every society we have them. We see them in the news ALLLLLL THE TIME so we don't need to be reminded of them. But presenting a in drama to cause a basic instinct response and possibly copycats is also a bad thing.

There are lots of thrillers in even in Hollywood that don't need to use abusive scenes ... for example, Mission Impossible... etc ... Yeh, I agree it's pretty tame (although I think showing suicides and beatings like this is more dramatic than tanks killing thousands of people in a war). It's unnecessary to show this kind of cruelty from one human to another ...
I don't like the way the story is presented. The viewer is tricked into believing a bad scenario only to be surprised that there is a plan that made everything ok again. You can only do this trick once ... They employed a couple already ... made the story flow confusing and disengaging.

Why does Korean drama showing abusive scenes more frequently after Glory? I don't know why they have to include the sadistic beating of the assistant? We already know the first son is sadistic and crazy from episode 1. Why do we need to see this kind of behavior again and again? The drama should spend more time on characterization of the leads. This is one of the reasons I don't watch K drama much since Glory ... the abusive scenes are too graphical and added just because ...
