RAMBLING WHILE WATCHING .... I finally started this....but why do all these characters look and sound fake and forced?!? Too many secrets? Ep. 2 a huge house but a curious sleeping arrangement brought about by a manipulative boy....it feels like he knows more than he lets on and that their meeting is all but a coincidence! And then the mother, speaking and behaving like a little girl: so obviously wearing a mask and hiding a lot, a lot!And then, Kid falls for his father's lover who never accepted his love and lives in regret. Therefore he has trouble seeing clear since the kid reminds him of the father. Immature kid who misses his father & regretfull adult who tries to resist the temptation. And the mother is the voice of reason. There are lines that should not be crossed! By any of the three! Brilliant drama! Cinematography and art direction are beautiful and symbolic (glass house, lines, prison bars as partitions). Two major problems for me: too much OTT acting by the FL and zero chemistry between MLs! Still, amazing!
At the beginning of my drama exploration, I had a huge crush on Lee Joon Gi and, as you have all probably done when you are a fan, I tried watching all of his dramas. One of those was The Scholar Who Walks The Night. It was awful bad! But when the bad guy appeared, I only had eyes (and ears!) for him. It was Lee Soo Hyuk! Then I watched Valid Love, Born Again etc. etc.... And I was like, Lee Joon... Who????? Fickle drama crushes! Lee Soo Hyuk is my drama love and I'd watch anything just to listen to him talk.... The female equivalent is Seo Ye Ji who was another discovery thanks to LJG! LOL
An informative story centered around airplanes and airports, spiced with a cute, slow burn romance. Simple, yet…
Is it finished? Or does it end on a cliffhanger waiting for season 2? I just finished one j drama and it is not really finished....probably s2 is coming sometimes! I am furious! So now I intend to check all j dramas before watching! Please help! Thanks!
The protest is ridiculous, but the romance🤔 Tell me this is a joke abeg abeg because wetyn be this😂💔Guess…
I watched it with MY eyes, MY brain, MY feelings and that is what I saw. This is a work of art which provokes emotional response in a watcher. I just shared MY OWN feelings. YOU loved it, you are lucky to have enjoyed the drama. I did not, I hoped for more but did not get it. Just more of the same old same old. Tough luck FOR ME. 😘 I am sorry for 💔
Halfway through and I am bored...interesting but repetitive story and bad production: it is so ugly to watch ! EDIT After watching a couple of episodes more( 2ep.= one case!), I realized what was bugging me so much: this looks so much like Agatha Christie's Poirot🤣
Awful drama poster, awful FL's hair, great story, excellent pacing in the beginning....I am loving it! But it is starting to drag on...when are they going to get to the nitty gritty,I wonder?😉 The intro promises a steamy drama, but so far(ep.7) all we got was one single butterflies inducing stolen kiss. So on to episode 9, the tensions are high, things start getting steamy but her indecisiveness is getting to be annoying: she is influenced by everyone except by the person she's really in love with. This drama was a 10 at the start and now it has become a 7, just going round in circles....That boyfriend of hers is such horrible selfcentered man who is convinced that he is always right and everyone else is wrong and he cannot fathom having done anything wrong. I just want to slap some reality into him.Such a psycho! And of course, the obligatory time skip in the last episode! Why? There is so much anger and very little romance in this drama!
I don't know why people are dissing this drama as immoral: it definitely is not. Nobody cheats on anybody! This is a story about two people in unhappy relationships. Knowing each other gave them strength to figure out what they really want, what is really important and act on it. I wish I could be so brave....
I would not call it pretty good but I cannot understand the overly negative comments either. This drama was not…
This was one of the first Kdramas I have ever seen so I did not know what to expect but certainly not the messy story, too much make up on LMH(I really did not know who he was back then!) and I could not understand all those unnecessary accessories and out of nowhere drinks etc. until I discovered afterwards, the concept of Product Placement which was so overdone here!
Lee Soo Hyuk is my drama love and I'd watch anything just to listen to him talk....
