Fr, I almost hit that drop button so fast during the first few episodes. The direction was doing the most with that over-the-top, cartoonish anime style, and the main coupleโs acting was pure, unfiltered cringe.
Look, I didnโt even hate the characters, I just hated how the directors forced them to act. The constant screaming, the unhinged eye-bulging, and the endless poop jokes were giving severe secondhand embarrassment. It felt so forced it was exhausting.

It was easily one of the most compelling and heartwarming parts of the whole show.
Not just Won Seok's story, but also the way the gay misunderstandings between the main leads was handled. Seo Yeon wasn't the "eww you're gay๐คข?" type of girl. Even tho it was a misunderstanding, she wanted them to have a good life without any struggle due to their sexuality๐ญ.
