She also doesn’t really hug hug him. She hugs him in such a way to listen to his heart since she believes he receives her brother’s heart. And every time she hugs him it is the same she just listen to his heart.

No she is not chasing him. She got the information that her brother’s heart was donated to him and only wants to be close to him. Her staying at his place is a way for his parents to give back a little for saving their son.
