After catching up on the available episodes: Imo “Idol I” fulfills the promise, “Dynamite Kiss” couldn’t hold up. Between the Idol topic and the crime plot it brings good old Kdrama romance in a cinematic style back. I LOVE IT! 🥰 Until now this drama is a win in my viewpoint.
Just finished the last episodes: Great drama overall! The last 2 eps could have been 1. Pei Jr.’s goodbye made me tear up. Imo his morally grey character was the most interesting within the main leads. The final post credits made up for the a touch to snoozy last episode.
I dont feel anything when they are kissing. Am I the only one who feels so?
No. You’re not alone. It was a nice moment, because he didn’t leave her hanging like before. But romance- and chemistry-wise I agree. While I don’t ship them, but imo she has more chemistry with the 2ML . The main couple gives friendship vibes. Which, ofc, is important for a successful relationship, too.
yikes the one thing I hate the most is when a person is completely blind to the truth or does not know something…
She seems to be a more submissive person. Add the grief after the accident of her former husband and the following legal repercussions. No wonder, she probably took the first available shoulder provided. 😐
My highlights from today’s episodes were the two dialogues, the fl had with both guys: The one following the applied bandaid and the one, when she tried to get his signature for the marriage certificate. Both had so many layers of meaning. Especially the first one with the 2ML. Where to start to unpack ….
Why no one felt bad for ML when SML was behaving like an asshole to ML over the years and trying to sabotage everything…
“Not that bad” doesn’t equal “a good guy”. It just acknowledges the fact, that his character is multidimensional. To reduce his whole personality on his interactions with the ML is a narrow perspective. The dialogue following the bandaid showed, that even the fl sees good traits in him and that he should strengthen them. That talk had so many layers of meaning!
I get, what you mean. He may be morally grey and annoyingly cocky, but under all that bluster he has good traits too. And low key he yearns for the genuine warmth and integrity of our fl the same way as our ml. Depends on his character arc, if I will feel sorry for him at the end or not.
Watching the previews for tomorrow: both brothers are giving lost puppy charme. I hope, Pei has a positive story arc. He is an interesting character to watch.

Poor guy had a rough time.
No reason not to provide express.
They want to make money after all.

Why are some commenters so aggressive?
Calm down, guys.
At the end of the day we are talking fictional characters here.
