Yeah, drama Ando is 🫶🏼. And Ninako? Her starry eyed puppy love is understandable because she’s a teenager with a crush. But her hovering around him, when he still has a gf is just uurgh.

While I don’t disagree with your points, at least the movie did a better job in showing, that Ren’s relationship with Mayuka had run its course already and that they were ill suited as a couple from the start. And that they were mostly still together because of Ren’s promise, to be there for her and lingering feelings. The drama didn’t fleshed out that part as much. It leaves Ren more shallow as a character and less emotional conflicted.
I love to read your reviews. They often match my impressions of shows or are giving an additional perspective. Please keep them coming. Even for the “small stuff”.
That these 2MLs decided, to live together for a week before the filming for the 2nd season started, feels like rl copying BL tropes. 😅 But the interview about it and Okuno’s “one week is enough” and “not my place” is 😂
