Both series have the premise of a corrupt protagonist in the corporate world (one is an acountant and the other is a lawyer) changing and becoming a better person.

Both have some supernatural twists that deals with "dreams" (or technically, parallel timelines for W2L). Both encountered mysteries that they can solve because they have witnessed/experienced it.

Both stories have the theme of seeing a part of someone's future (the bad premonitions/deaths), meeting a person who interrupts what's "normal" and "unchangeable" to them, and being able to change fate.
