Non Koreans shouldn’t have any say in the historical inaccuracy around this topic, so their statements like- “it’s not a big deal” or “this is a fictional drama” are invalid when it comes to internal sentiment. The actors are not to blame but unfortunately they’re the face of the drama so I get why they had to apologize on behalf of the cast/crew. Essentially MBC and the production staff let them down by not doing their research.

This comment section is full of children who think they are keyboard warriors protecting their stans who honestly wouldn’t give 2 specks of dust about who they are or how much they rave about them. The fact is this drama is boring and the script is MIA- BWS has barely any lines and most characters are 2-dimensional shells of what they could’ve been if there actually was a plot. Pretty faces does not make a good drama! They can enjoy all they want but we should also be free to call this mediocre…

I like most of the dramas you mentioned above but except for Doubt none of them are “MBC script contest” winners. I guess we will just have to wait for Yoo Ji Won to write a better drama in the future. Yes, I like IU in Tangerines/My Mister and BWS in LR, but this drama is just a joke, and it’s only watchable if you keep the bar super low. Maybe because I’m in my 30s and have a healthy relationship, everything about the main leads interactions seem unrealistic, shallow and 2-dimensional. MBC script competition has hardly ever produced a masterpiece in the past so no points there.

Her acting is totally fine- I just think this drama is not up to her caliber….she has historically selected much better scripts!

Just finished this drama and my first thought was- what happened to Si Yeol’s grandma? That could’ve been fleshed out so well adding a much needed human depth to this plot.

I wish the multiple personality disorder was actually addressed properly- she clearly needed to see a psychiatrist to address her mental issues as soon as Do Ra Mi showed up. The alternate personality can’t just “go away” conveniently! Why was she totally fine with having no memory of her movements for hours every day? It’s very disconcerting!

I loved Judge from Hell, even though I watched with a lot of skepticism because PSH has never played an anti-hero type role. So it’s even more frustrating because this drama had potential, with a brand new plot idea, a great writer/director duo and suzy-woo bin reunion! Unfortunately, eye candy alone can’t save this one!
