Nine is the main villain in this story. Major part of trouble for our lead couple is caused by him. He is ambitious, cunning, and calculating. He can read people well and knows how to act accordingly to every person he interacts with.

I came to this series not knowing anything about it except country of origin. And it's surprisingly good!
Supernatural setting similar to "Goddes bless you from death"; group of friends plot similar to "Dare you to death"; veteran vs. newbie similar to "Top form".
I like that it's more into invesigation than into love story (at least so far). That's first series I've watched after "Winter sun..." ended

This couple started as a reflection of what was between QingLang and YuHao 7 years ago. This second couple are main leads in a remake of a film that made QL and YH popular. In ep.5 we see that Sis Lan literally see HaoYu as YuHao and HanLu and QingLang. Somewhere in the middle of series second couple made choices different from QL and YH and therefore second couple is an example how could have developed relationships between QL and YH.

I cannot name that series "BL", it's something a whole new level, whole new genre.
All shows I'm currently watching now became ... meh(

And if art is something that make you feel new emotions and wake new thoughts and carry you to the author's world - I definitely call "Winter Sun..." an ART.
