Ok, so in ep.6 we have harsh words from both of them influenced by Sister Lan's death. Then there is an event where they see each other but didn't talk. Then at the beginning og ep.7 we see that 2 months passed. They miss each other so much that CY came to his diva to reconcile. Then they are filming MV in Molie, CY tells his family about QL and the father invites QL for dinner. CY wants to go to hunting school very much. So his father talks to QL about it. Then YuHao with CY's sister leaked some photos and CY is denied to school because of his sexual orientation. The father uses his connections to change the school decision, and after that tells everything to QL. QL decides to protect CY's dream to go to that school and tells him to go back to the beginning. QL works with SYH, CY goes to his school. After 2-3 months QL goes to Molie, where QT and WS are making a documentary and stays at CY's home where it all started. And at the very end of ep.11 we see that CY has a few days off and he came to his diva )))
Oh, oh, I'd like to add my two cents about "at home". In ep. 9 (I think) when QL and CY talk on the phone…
I know, it wasn't in the series but somebody here posted comment based on novel chapters. They say when QingLang received the award two years ago he took with him an artificial tree with golden leaves, that tree representing award (think of golden palm leaf from Cannes Film Festival).
What I like about this drama the most is - it know exactly what it is and doesn't pretend to be something more. Like, actors don't overact but are believable (I'm looking at you, "Smile after tears"), production team don't pretend they're making award-winning arthouse, plotholes are forgivable (lawyer at 20? at what age did he finish law school then?). Overall I feel the vibe of "let's have fun making heavily-AI-loaded series and see if we get something decent".
By the way, I heard "School trip" will have 2nd season this October
