I just wish this was about the bias and not the boss
What I really don't like here is that things are already so fragile with Chan. It's as if these dates are only there to show how badly Chan is treating the relationship. She knows how famous he is—what on earth did she expect? Sorry, but to me this is heading in a very unrealistic (if you can say this for a drama 😅) direction right now, where I can no longer understand the FLs actions. Up until Episode 4, it was really entertaining and interesting. I’ll wait and see.
Positives: - The funny moments—they were really well done, along with the side characters - All the actors were great and did a fantastic job. - Steve Noh was incredibly good with his facial expressions! - ML and FL were great, and their chemistry was natural! - ML was portrayed very well here: vulnerable yet confidently strong - FL was refreshingly honest about money and power
Negatives: - THE FAKE NAILS! That really, really bothered me. It even looks better on me when I do it myself! - Some roles were predictable, and so was the story - The ending was a disaster in terms of the theme—in the series itself, a lot of it was “realistic” and honest when it came to power and money, but in the end, the monarchy is gone and everyone’s happy? Come on
sometimes I think K-dramas tackle really deep issues, only to hide them behind superficial, clichéd storytelling. In this drama, the female lead’s state of mind really resonated with me. She’s merciless toward herself and drowns her worries and fears in work and pills. Chae Won Bin plays it very well, and I find it very realistic, especially since she lives alone and distances herself from her friends when it comes to these issues.

AND my worst case of SML syndrome ever. I’m slowly losing interest... because it’s so predictable... maybe I’ll just wait until all the episodes are out.
I'm sorry, but I just couldn't finish it... I just can't bring myself to watch the last two episodes anymore. And it's not because it's so good and I don't want it to end. I just can't stand the clichés and the atmosphere anymore. There's absolutely no chemistry between the main leads—the little guy is the only highlight of the whole show. I thought the story was really interesting at the beginning, but I just don't get FL. She strung SML along for sooooo long—it's unbelievable.
Ji Soo did a good job! I really like her character and I don´t see the idol behind it. some small details in the epiloge-scenes are soooo funny!!!! very charming - I´m on episode 6 and enjoy the setting and the cameos :D

yes, and for me, how can I best describe it, her whole appearance is somehow fake. I find her face false and the way she speaks is so artificial. I can hardly stand her... it's the person that irritates me, not her role. I'm sorry, but for me she's completely miscast. That's my subjective opinion, not hatred or anything. She doesn't fit into a costumed role, sorry
