I don't want to defend anyone, but Brad Pitt dated several teenagers when he was 27, he has now a girlfriend that…
I think the difference between Brad/Leo's case vs KSH's is that the Hollywood actors didn't bother to hide it. A lot of people may find it icky they were dating teenage girls but it's not illegal if the girls reach the age of consent. Not saying that everyone should do it, but because the girls that Brad and Leo dated were able to speak for themselves while KSR cannot.
I think KSH wouldn't be in so much hot water now if he/his agency didn't outright lie about their relationship. I also think that the thing that pissed people the most is how KSR was mistreated. If she wasn't, and/or if she hadn't died, people wouldn't be calling out for KSH's blood. They may be disgusted but not this angry.
Perhaps even not releasing any statement at all, instead of denying claims that they later backtracked, would not be as bad because now they are caught in a lie. And if you can lie about this thing, people would think that you can lie about so much more.
The situation only aggravated because of the multitude of transgressions KSH and his agency did.
Leo/Brad did not get cancelled perhaps they did not try to conceal their relationships with their young partners, and as far as we know, did not harm these teens by pushing them into a corner. I'm not saying that it is with absolute certainty it was KSH who directly caused KSR's death, but the fact that she committed suicide on his birthday is pretty telling.
Some may call this a coincidence, but the reports that surfaced saying they found the second notice of payment sent to SaeRon around the same time frame, are just too hard to ignore.
Imagine a young lady, already down on her luck, chucked away by her ex, receiving another threatening letter to pay a huge sum in a short amount of time or face repercussions, and when she tried to reach somebody anyone at all at the agency, nobody responded. Then at the same time, she hears about the negative things people say about her, especially a YouTuber, who may or may not have ties with her previous agency (GM), and in her final moments of despair, thought that death was the easiest way out of the living hell she's in.
Can you blame people for finding KSH/GM's actions deplorable? Even if there wasn't an age gap between them, even if they were dating when both are adults, I will still find his callousness reprehensible.
Let's say all this didn't happen with KSR, but after revisiting his previous remarks/actions about his pre-pubescent co-stars, people started seeing a pattern.. Also adding to that, the nasty rumours surrounding Sulli, Seo Yea Ji and other people whom he worked with... it's either bad luck befalling all these talents or something else more sinister at play.
You know when you watch too many historical or political dramas where people manipulate others to get their way, even resorting to all sorts of nefarious deeds perhaps even murder?? Well, just because we don't see KSH wielding a knife, doesn't mean there's no killing. You can slowly drive someone to death by squeezing them dry until they cannot breathe.
Yes, I am on the fence so I'm leaving it up to her whether she wants to include the them. She does her own research before adding names to the list.
Actually that list that I originally compiled was much longer but I removed those who denied the allegations and only included those who admitted to the accusations.
Age of consent in korea until 2020 was 13 now it is 16 ( which is still very low ) sadly he'll get away with it…
That's why the parents didn't go to the police as they don't have a case to charge him criminally.
Only recourse is what they are doing now, to expose him publicly to defend their daughter's honor.
Maybe the only other thing to do is to bring him to a civil court if they can prove that KSH and GM's actions contributed to her death. But it seems that is even harder to prove. Legally, they can only go after the YouTuber for defamation.
I am also on the fence on this one, because someone who said some thing mean one or two times, made another cry,…
It's so easy to throw "bullying" around now. In fact, a few months back, I was accused of cyberbullying because I complained about how annoying some one was. If you go even on KSH profile page right now, everyone is throwing "Cyberbullying" accusations at each other, blocking and reporting each other like in a tennis match.
Idk whether those school bullying scandals should be included here. They were kids when it happened. Maybe they…
I am also on the fence on this one, because someone who said some thing mean one or two times, made another cry, could be seen as a bully. So if that's the case, then a lot of kids in the playground would be flagged as criminals. So what if I engaged in a fight with another person, and I won, the loser might consider me as a bully. I'm not saying violence should be condoned, but I think the scope of bullying should be more specific. For example, if bullying is systemic and often, and the gravity of injuries is serious, then yes, I would count that as bullying. It's really a fine line to determine what can be considered as an offense and what is not.
I was involved in a legal case at work years ago where a bunch of us testified for the victim against a manager who was harassing her. The manager was preventing this employee from taking legally-allowed breaks, isolating her from talking to other people even during her free time, following her into the bathroom even to harass her for even going there, locking her in a room and yell at her every day, and when the Manager's boss, tried to intervene and protect this employee, this manager banged and violently pounded the office door and told the Big Boss that the employee should not be protected. We had enough and filed a motion against her because this employee was crying and distressed every day because of this.
Then when a suit was filed against this manager for violating labor laws, the tribunal determined that there was no case for this to go through to court because they said that the manager's actions do not constitute as harassment but only as an "aggressive management style" and a "difference of opinion." SMH.
Thank you!I didn't add the following people - #3 Zheng Shuang - What she did by abandoning her babies was morally…
That's why I was wondering why Show Luo was added when he was only hosting sex parties, and if men making inappropriate comments towards women is chargeable, this list would probably be 100 times longer.
There is a lot of South Koreans on this list. What is wrong with the men in S Korea?
I don't think we can generalize what's wrong with men in SK, I'm pretty sure there are some good ones too. I think this list may be skewed towards SK actors not because many of them are bad, but because more of them are being reported.
Some actors from other countries most likely have the same dark secret, it's just that they are either not exposed; or if exposed, not reported; or if reported, not publicized.
I almost forgot this guy...Edison Chen....the person that was arrested was the repairman who leaked his nude photos with a bunch of actresses, including a 16 year old while he was 31. Since 16 is the age of consent in HK at that time, Edison wasn't prosecuted or arrested.
Can you add:1. Show Luo for serial infidelity and solicited prostitutionhttps://mothership.sg/2020/04/show-luo-grace-chow-breakup/2.…
I'm not sure cheating is a crime. If it is, half of the world population who have cheated while in relationships will probably be arrested and convicted. Yes, a lot of people may find infidelity morally reprehensible but it's not a criminal offense. Whom these people have sex with or how often is none of our business, unless the victims are coerced or are minors, then these women/men and children should be protected. They could have a gang bang for all I care as long as everyone is a consenting adult.
KSH needs to hold a press conference and act as if it's the last day on earth. But his agency is probably too busy prepping for the show called "Pity the Pedo," where KSH will be rolled out to the podium wearing a hospital gown sans underwear, sitting in a wheelchair with an IV drip hanging, where he would read from a script written by ChatGPT while intermittently holding back crocodile tears.
Then the the most ardent of his fans will be waiting for the wind to blow and expose his micro-excuse of a sac and they will sigh collectively for the public to turn a blind eye to his transgressions, so that they may see his pearly whites again that's paid for by AA (Aunts Anonymous), hoping that one day KSH could be their son-in-law.
Mainstream media is bought and paid for across the world, it has an agenda too. It can destroy anyone that steps…
Thoughtful suggestions...yes we can't believe everything we hear and hopefully most of us has the brains to discern what's real and what's not for ourselves but yes every reporting might be biased or inclined to give you the supposed truth, but only parts of it where it's convenient and the public is able to swallow. It's harder to convince the masses of Harsher truths, especially when they are not in line with their values.
As there is a such thing as selective hearing, we can apply this to media consumption as well, with selective believing.

Legal if a 13 year old decide to have sex with a 50 yr old man at that time in SK.
