wait what is the heroine's halo and golden armor? what does that mean?
the idea is that with that "halo", the FL or the heroine of the story will always have a way out in situations and vice versa for ML. For example, in a supporting role if you get killed then byeeeeee but with the "halo", there will always be a "magical" incident that will prevent the heroine from getting killed blah blah iykyk haha
golden armor is the plot armor, like in normal scenario there is no way the protagonist survives an arrow deep in the heart but with the golden armor, voila! the protagonist is safe and sound miraculously (any stunt will be pulled even how ridiculous it is just to justify saving the protagonist).
Ep.18 i donβt like the lazy writing from the writer.. i mean qi xiao xuan suddenly became dumbπ₯²π₯²π₯²he…
fr, I really hate it when supposed smart characters suddenly get dumbed down for the sake of the plot, like they could have used a reasonable excuse on why he got there π€·
the execution in the drama is basically QXX offering himself to the enemy π
i kind of stopped around ep 7 lol, i really like the scenes between the four main characters but after seeing…
imo, it's like a switch. Sometimes interesting then gets boring then gets interesting again then gets boring....π at least at ep 13 and 14 it kinda got interesting but beware of annoying characters here for the sake of being annoying
I find it hard to sympathize with the friendship because it felt like they were forced into each other, the script should have shown and done it better π

btw, the characters looks so plain here, I think it has something to do with the makeup and wardrobe styling π€
I think it is not a hit, but maybe decent-ish
