Q1: Totally subjective, depends on whether you prefer a heavier focus on plot or romance. Here the clear focus is on the romance, to the detriment of the plot. Whereas in Khemjira the plot is king, and the romance is a subplot that is woven more subtly into the story.
Q2: The romance is more lust at first sight than once and forever type. The MCs find each other hot and get bothered throughout the show until they decide to do something about it, and fall in love in the process.
Q3: No, both horror and romance divide the screen time, though the horror is quickly solved in the last episode to make room for the romance (see Q1 for my subjective view on how well balanced these are).

In the second half the scriptwriters give up the pretence of caring for the murder investigation and start giving way for a lot (and I mean, A LOT) of romantic scenes, to the point where they scramble to close out the murder and horror aspects at the end because they wasted all their time making the MCs kiss in the most inadvisable places instead of having them, you know, do their jobs and catch a serial killer.
