Hong Mingi, the actor you are!! He’s absolutely incredible as Im Jaeyi in “To My Beloved Thief”. He added so much depth and charisma to the character with his expressions and delivery. Since Night Has Come and onwards I have noticed his performances are “soulful” where you can see the troubled or reckless nature of the characters because of his signature expressions (smirk, eyebrow raise, lowering the head and lifting it up while smirking, etc.). I’m glad we’re slowly moving from only getting crumbs of him to having him in a lot of scenes in a drama. To your bright, successful future, Hong Mingi! 🙌🏼✨
Oh, I am obsessed with this drama! It’s such a COMPLETE drama. Scenes don’t feel boring or draggy, the actors did great and it’s a bunch of my favourite actors too, the plot and characters are interesting, there isn’t too much disruptive back and forth soul swapping yet, the side characters are great (Yeol’s guard for example), the clothes are pretty, dialogues and politics are easy to follow, there’s a crime aspect, good heroes need good villains to shine brighter and this drama has it all, music is maybe a bit modern but lights up the scenes, FL’s parents are nice and not toxic, FL has an actual career (for the era) and her scenes working as a physician and making tonics etc are interesting, and there’s a lot more going on than just romance or the ML-FL story. Basically I’m seeing less to no “gaps” and every moment feels exciting and interesting to watch. There are a lot of dramas airing right now but this one’s my favourite, I hope it can maintain the momentum in the upcoming episodes!
Yuhwan is finally playing a cute character in No Tail To Tell! His previous roles have either been sad characters or villains, it’s fun to watch him be chaotic and lively! 💕
Episode 5 showed exactly why actors like Moon Sangmin and Nam Jihyun were needed as the ML and FL. Flower Boy Moon Sangmin nailed the feminine mannerisms, and Girl Crush Nam Jihyun is one of those actors who (in my eyes) can lean a bit masculine when needed.
It’s a shame K-industry doesn’t cast the same main pairing twice. Seo Kangjoon or Kim Youngkwang would be perfect for the ML role and this style of romcom.
How come this page won't be deleted? Will there be a film as well?
This one. This page we’re commenting on is for Concrete Market movie released Dec 3, 2025 in theatres in South Korea. There’s a separate page for the 7-episode drama with the same name Concrete Market that released Dec 23, 2025. The drama is the expanded version of the movie and it was intended to be released as a drama.
Namyeon turned out to be way cooler than I initially expected they would make her. In fact, besides Choi Kang, she had the coolest action and stealth scenes IMO.
I had higher expectations from the Sullivan plot but it fizzled just like his weak bombs. He seemed calm rather than crazed, so his motive being to blow everyone up as payback seemed so weak and inconsistent with his character.
Na Eunjae was so unserious I couldn’t even hate her that much.
Doyeon is the cutest! From start to end, she has been the sweetest kid. And the final flashback of her and Sullivan was so touching. All the bunny stickers and toys for you, little Doyeon!
Can someone explain what was written in the diary?
