yeahh they don't explain why she's in prison either, we just have to assume it's something along the lines of…
In her file the annoying prosecutor (played by Park Haesoo) was seeing, it read “underage gambling site operation”, so I took that as the reason she’s in jail.
Something they didn’t fully address - Why did Lee Jaein’s character (“P”) give that testimony? She spoke ill of the dentist family too. Did Nam Dareum’s character or the family pay her off? Threaten her to expose her being part of the gambling hub (which didn’t exactly work since she’s in prison for it now?), or did she have some other issues with Hong Hwayeon’s character (the sister who died)? I don’t remember them actually explaining her motivations.
I don’t usually enjoy prison stories but the prisoners here were so entertaining. I especially enjoyed the quirky Walsoon (who half-wore her jacket and kept going to the bathroom).
Sources tell me Moon Dohyeok already has his eyes on a new rising model. He’s busy ordering more of his crazy “herbal” tea in bulk. Will this third marriage be a charm? ✨
In the end, she left behind all her shackles, including the one she created herself - being an actor constantly in the public eye. My girl can now go chill out with frogs in the forest and roast some mushrooms in peace.
They were for the Insta photos within the drama. Wooyeon was looking at the croquis club’s Instagram/social media page (S-FING) and there were photos of them dressed in those themes!
the drama started soooo well but now it's the last thing I want to watch when I'm running other good thing to…
Why did you start this in the first place? The synopsis put heavy emphasis on her rise to fame as an actor. The very first scene of the drama showed her as a flashy actor living that life. All the promo material showed her as an actor on the red carpet. Even the intro implies it. The billboards, agency CEO, everything related to the entertainment world was there since the start. What did you expect this to be about?
A part of me does feel that they officially introduced the fl's brother a bit too late into the story. There was…
There were mentions of him throughout the show, and he was away. He’s just home for a bit. Maybe he needs to be physically present for a scene or two, or for a confrontation, but he won’t be needed for any major/long storyline.
Interesting first episode! I love this style of drama, and the first episode did a good job setting up the neighbourhood, characters, and who’s-who without giving too much away. Looking forward to them teaming up and solving mysteries together!
Yoon Kyesang’s lively comedic acting style is consistent across his dramas, and it makes his serious moments and expressions stand out more.
I want to get that precious baby all the bunny stickers and toys in the world 🥺
you have no idea what is she gonna do to him , just wait
I’m a little ready? There were already hints - he’s unstable and pretty much suicidal, she said “people say you’re going to die soon”, she said “one year is all I need”… She seems the type to knowingly drive a man to kill himself after she’s done using him and even use his death to garner sympathy and become a beloved actor, crying crocodile tears in interviews.
Olivia (the English teacher) is definitely his wife, right? There’s no way they put her there for no reason.

I want to be MORE afraid of (and mesmerised by) Ahjin. Kim Youjung is absolutely slaying.
