I love this show but there is one thing about the plot I don't understand. Mikato's plan to seduce and dump Shizuma is because he is hurt and offended Shizuma can't remember them sleeping together...
But in my opinion, isn't Mikato the one who is actually in the wrong because he slept with someone that drunk to begin with? Yes, I know Shizuma made the first move and took control, but still. I don't understand why Mikato doesn't feel a little guilty about sleeping with someone that hammered, let alone why he *does* feel angry.
Is it a cultural thing? Am I just overthinking it? To me, it seems like the show is making Shizuma out to be the "bad guy" in the one-night stand scenario. Either way, this is my favorite show at the moment. I love the chemisty between the characters.
Been missing them lately... Does anyone who has read the manga know if there is material for a possible season 2? I know it's not likely to happen but I can dream ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I don't like comedy either, but I'll try to watch it for now
@RoRoow Yeah, it's a little too silly for my taste - and I hate the annoying sound effects - but I'll have to try and stick it out. If it wasn't for Boun and Prem, I would have typically dropped this kind of show.
This is not my usual kind of show at all but I have to watch because BounPrem are my ride or die...
Not gonna lie, I was hoping for a dark, brooding and sexy vampire verson of Boun... Not this silly version lol. It took me by surprise and I'm going to need some time to decide if I can find a way to like it. But at least I can tell Boun had a lot of fun playing it.
And I guess it's refreshing to see them in reversed roles, compared to Win and Team. This more serious and mature role definitely suits Prem a lot.
I just love Zhan Xuan, he is one of a kind ðŸ˜I actually started out as a Chiwei shipper, but somewhere along…
@midori99 Ikr, he is so lovely and chaotic ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ My fav thing about him is how, while the other actors seem so protective of their ships , Zhan Xuan gives a "I'll hook up with anyone" vibe and even wants to add himself into ChiWei love scenes ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Liu Xuan Cheng is kind of the same way, tbh. Love them both for that.
Revenged Love has made me a multi-shipper, probably for the first time in my life. I'll take anything. ChiWei, 2Cheng, basically anything involving the 4 mains, lol.
Zhan Xuan was on fire during that 2nd table reading. So damn funny.
I love how he was continuously annoyed about his own love story moving too slowly because his character is always away on business trips ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
And the way the director scolded him for being too flirty in his reading towards CC and he was like "But what if there are people who will ship us huh?!" What a nice shout-out to us 2Cheng shippers.
He simply woke up that morning and decided I'm going to be so epic.
Usually it annoys me when people go on and on about kissing, but I'm going to be that person myself. Straight up, what was the reason for not having any kissing scenes between the leads in the second half of the show? Was it censorship, simple as that? (but then, why did the second couple have kissing scenes up until the last episodes?)
I actually didn't even notice or care about this at first until it suddenly hit me that they basically don't have a kissing scene since episode 13(!) and then I saw the clip of the kiss that was cut from the finale. The imbalance between the two halfs of the show seems weird...

@Butterfly Thank you!! Gonna check out all of these.

Masterpieces like this is so rare...
