I agree. He was crazy passionate when she was with her. Almost self destructive. That's for the best. But I felt sad a little bit for them.

She experiences a fabulous character development in this drama.

I finally watched this cute and goofy mini drama I shelved for a long time, and it was the very first time I have seen a story in which all the plot points are not developed.

In a nutshell : The FL's boss tries to pimp her to get funding for her lab research. So she goes on a blind date with a heir (ML), whose family desperately wants to marry. Will they date?

If people don't like Fairytales for what they are. Why suffering watching them?
They should not watch them and give us, who like fluffy romcom, some peace, instead of attacking the drama relentlessly.

I am surprised too. Is it because of time travel logic or Gu Nian. Regardless, to me the show deserves more. It is well executed : the acting is good, the pacing and the story also.

They did not take the time to develop the ending as it is portrayed in the novel. In my opinion it would have taken 3 episodes minimum. They rushed it in 1.

Could the daughter exist if she was never conceived? I will accept it as the drama logic. But even if Su Yin made her go back in time. How can she not remember who is her mother? I will accept it but this is weird.

Agree. They definitly rushed the ending.
Indeed the actress needs to work on her acting. She was too much at times and yes her expression wasn't nuanced enough. And she is also too skinny.
At the end Nian finds her daugther who doesn't recognize her. Logically she cannot exist. I don't know why there is always a weird ending in c-dramas. This one is unbelievable regarding DouDou. But I liked the happy ending.

This drama is like a candy. The more you have it, the greater the taste and the sweetness gets. The chemistry between the leads is off the charts, from the get go and this cute story cuddles you in the cutest way.
Even if the plot is simplistic. The story gets interesting and more and more romantic as the drama develops.

One of the best feel good dramas with a very good OST.
