What! Just noticed that….it used to say Naksu/Mu Duk!And having So Min in the guest role was a good indication…
Yes same….out of the 2 Jung So Min is a more experienced & better actresss in my own opinion & I’ve seen, not to mentioned liked her in a few of her previous dramas. I don’t particularly remember Go Yoon Jung in 2 of her the dramas I’ve seen but I did recalled her in Law school & thought her looks & acting would someday land her a main lead role. Plus I heard good reviews abt her from others….I too was initially disappointed with the swap but I am looking forward to see how she does.

Ahhh if they are relying on that then Mu Duk in flashbacks will most likely be fine and like some dramas here Jung So Min will likely be added as a Guess Role after its air. Thanks
What! Just noticed that….it used to say Naksu/Mu Duk!And having So Min in the guest role was a good indication…
No I get that….I’m not saying he’s not in love with the soul….because it’s exactly her personality & how she is that made him love her. I was only adding that his memories when he thinks of Naksu & how he fell in love with her & all those experiences together will be images of Mu Duk…so yes, he’s in love with the soul but since visual plays a part it’ll be hard for him to simply accepts it straightaway. So I was only hoping So Min/Mu Duk will appear & show the progress of how she swapps back especially when we know Naksu original body was burned..and him knowing it & accepts the change. I’m looking forward to Go Yoon Jung as the main FL & I can even except not seeing Mu Duk swap bodies but can’t help feeling like a lot of things won’t be explained properly if So Min won’t be appearing whatsoever. This site would put the actor’s name under Guest Roles even if they only appear in flash backs from previous seasons. So to not have her name even in a Guest Role to me means flashbacks, swaps & reunions are out…and would simply mean original Naksu would just enter the scene out of the blue with no screen scenes of how …so was just hoping.
As a very introverted person I actually see the spark that many can’t seem to understand in this drama. I too struggled with getting serious in relationships & would often unknowingly push partners away till I met my hubby now who happens to be the complete opposite of me…I mean our wedding was 300 ppl and my side wasn’t even 20% of that lol So I felt that the quiet & subtle way the ML acts towards the FL not to mention always questioning himself in his head was all too knowing….and then having him push out of his boundaries & seeing him interact with others & showing his willingness to change himself is more proof of his feelings. For many it may seem little & even boring to watch but for someone like that it’s so much more. For me, I’m still a very introverted person…but I’m not when I’m with the person I chose to love. And that means we love our other halves so much more than the norm.
Like the trailer for when? or the poster 🤡😶🌫️😭Noticed they add Cho Yeong real Naksu's name and…
What! Just noticed that….it used to say Naksu/Mu Duk! And having So Min in the guest role was a good indication that there would be an explanation regarding the swap back. Not to mention was also looking forward to her family reunion. Taking her name out entirely usually means that that character won’t have any appearances whatsoever 😩 Gosh..I’m excited but dreading that Expectations won’t be met. Fingers cross cast changes are not completely set yet cause there was a whole discussion abt ML loving the soul but visual plays a big part in falling in love, so the swap back needs a good plot direction with both actresses involve. Realistically can’t go from being in love & picturing one person in your head then simply accepts the new face to his feelings. Mu Duk’s face is part of that love not just the soul. Eg. If her body shifted into an old man’s afterwards….would he still love the her/soul the way he did.
Haven’t watched this but I don’t think I can. I saw the cast and instantly thought how weird they paired these 2 as a couple out of all other options. 👀 JOL is not at all a low viewed drama…some may have not watched it but many have. I like both leads but can’t picture them as anything else than cute siblings.
I still enjoyed this so much more than Nirvana in Fire…. NIF was just….. I mean I don’t know if it’s coz…
They may be similar to many but big difference…This drama has fantasy, romance & comedy. If this are your genres than ppl will agree with you cause NIF is the opposite of all that…only similar thing about the 2 is that they present smart characters & era. NIF is serious, realistic & I will have to add better in production…even considering it’s age. In honest comparison from acting, production & plot wise.. NIF will be the king & JOL would be the prince. But who says being a prince ain’t better for some 💁🏻♀️
Wow….how can they go ending a season like that then takes their time making the 2nd one!? Can’t simply call that a cliffhanger lol that’s mystification double with puzzlement upon 10 cliffhangers. I can hold out on a simple cliffhanger but this is like reading half of a good book then wait years later to find out what all the plots lead to in the other half. 😩🤦🏻♀️
Is it just me or the production quality seems very poor
Thought it was just me. 1st ep was fine but start seeing it from ep 2 - 15 Can’t remember when but wasn’t noticeable on 2nd half. I just thought maybe it was something about the writing of it too …. couldn’t really put my finger on what but I also can’t blame the drama since I literally just finished re-watching Nirvana before I picked this up.
Advice for those wanting to watch:✅ If your main purpose in starting this drama is Romance, then be prepare for a lengthy beginning. It’s a slow start for it since the Lead’s love story won’t start showing till around the 20-26 ep mark. But in saying that the beginning although can be boring to some it’s important since it shows how the characters became who they are. But it’ll all be worth it in the end.
I made it to episode 8 and i'm officially letting this go. I'm sorry but this is probably the most boring show…
I struggled twice before it stuck lol I just had a peeped at your Watchlist & thought what a shame…seeing the genre you like I understand your dislike with the beginning of this drama but judging from the dramas you rate high I would recommend you try again….skip as much as you can but try to understand the storyline the drama is trying to show in the beginning. It’s fundamental only because it shows how the leads became what they are when their story finally began around 20+ ep. Once you get to around ep 25 mark you will truly enjoy this. Trust me..this drama will probably make your top rated dramas look like kid’s play. Or you can just skip & start trying from ep 20 and once you get a rough idea & start loving it..you can always re-watch. This was the same advice given to me when I pointed out my disliked years ago when starting this drama. I’m really glad I took it cause it’s one of the 2 dramas I Only re-watch every yr.
Last watched this a yr & 1/2 ago. An Episode popped up on YouTube….went to skim through it and ended up re-watching the whole drama again. It never fails to remind me of all the excitement & emotions that I went through the 1st time watching it. This is one of the few Series that I will throw down the word Masterpiece for & will mean it wholeheartedly. This drama & Story of Minglan are the 2 historical dramas that has more than 50 episodes yet I will happily watch them over & over again without skipping an ep. I think no matter your taste in genres this will still be a top drama to watch.

We want the longer version lol the longer the better!!!
