That money was under InJoo name and was transfered to Panama and became Hyorin money, it can't be confiscated…
True but then again she also mentioned that the risk she took & her revenge all started because of that 1st trip with In Joo. And when she found out In Joo was in danger in Singapore she willingly sacrificed herself to protect her not even thinking about taking the suitcase full of money but left it with her in hospital.

Right…it’s already proven that’s it’s embezzlement money not to mention all them slush funds by PJS & WSA doing . Government will confiscate all their properties/Acc & take it all & hopefully some will be given to compensate victims (if they haven’t already by Bank insurance) even if 70B is there or not.
I like the realistic turn at the end…$70B is revenge money by Hawa Young who never really wanted it anyways but she risked her life to give it to OIJ. The leads risked their lives over & over to stop the organisation & saved many more victims not to mention lives in the future…so that to me is worth the $70B.
yea his death was so lame lmao poisoned by his wife and pushed off a building lol so disappointing.
The show indicated earlier on that he was never the mastermind….Won Sang Woo even died saying Park Jae Sang was just like his father, just a loyal dog. His death disguised as a simple suicide is a cover up, any more cruel will defeat the purpose 🤷🏻♀️
Ep 10: Viewers went through the same emotions as In Joo….as clueless as we were & as wowed as we did 😆 Turns out we now also have her trust issues hahaha yes! We all need a break for her. Next 2 episodes will be highly anticipated.
Yeah watching it again but realised why I didn’t overly shipped the main’s romance….my personal opinion…
Fair point…like I said my thoughts is a personal opinion mainly due to the fact I’ve watched 4 of her dramas & felt the same in her romance roles…went with the common denominator but not at all convinced that she lacked too much considering I still enjoyed her dramas.
Yeah always…. His role is unnecessary as well, like if he’s removed it won’t effect the plot. So I too think he’s something more than what he seems right now. He’s way too involved for just a side character.
Not bad. Draggy at times. I didn't really feel the chemistry of the leads but the second couple was cute.
Yeah watching it again but realised why I didn’t overly shipped the main’s romance….my personal opinion is that the FL is an excellent actress, her works are all known to be popular with great ratings but I for some reason can’t place her as romantic 🤷🏻♀️ Same thing with King Eternal…..there she also had a top ML but even though I enjoyed the drama, the romance for me was the same as here. Perhaps it’s like a case of a great actress too good at what she does yet some performances you just need a deeper emotional experience in real life in order to act it out?? It could be just me but I much prefer her in non romance genres
SML acted & mirrored the Korean version but the reactions from viewers are polar opposite! He is disliked so much here & after finishing this drama it stayed in my mind why I felt this way when they’re literally sticking with the scripts from the original. Conclusion was simply the actors portraying their roles….Sung Joon (k-dr) was too good playing the in-love boyfriend but then again how can you dislike him when the FML from the Korean version was actually cheating & coming off as a 2 timer the whole time. Unlike this version….the FML put a lot of effort in her relationship & majority of the drama was only an unrequited love from ML.
Im planning to watch this but before that, I want to know if there's any breakup, toxic or annoying character/s?…
No breakup, no toxic themes or overly evil & annoying characters…maybe an overly stubborn mother. You can totally understand this without watching the prequel. The connection between the dramas is not completely linked…more like they feel a deeper connection amongst themselves, especially when they visited certain sites or read abt a certain point of history….a feeling like an ongoing déjà vu, like they’ve known each other in their past lives & are ment for each other. That’s pretty much it!
Look like no Thomas character in this season. I know at the end of last season they give a hint his body been…
Same.. but then again they haven’t release the rest of the casts🤷🏻♀️ S1 they made everyone who were found disappeared except Thomas, he was only seen entering a room. And they didn’t finalised the story of the young boy with the Mum (his character was too involved in season 1 to be forgotten), so maybe there could be a crossover of that ghost village again in S2
Excellent! Love it when you watch a drama & it goes beyond your expectations! Granted I didn’t cry but the emotions were defitnily there…rating it 9.5/10 only because I wanted to enjoy more than just 12 eps. If there’s a season 2 I sure hope it’s double the episodes or more.
is this drama interesting? I'm asking if i can watch it
Judging from your watch list you will find this drama very interesting 👍🏻 Actually even if you’re not into it’s genre, this drama will still be an excellent watch.
Nice little drama…adult relationship, relatable bickering & no annoying scheming second leads! Can’t really put my finger why some parts I don’t click with but it was nice to enjoy a more matured drama for a change. Timing is also good for ratings….watching a drama when you feel like experiencing a certain genre & it hits the interest spot in you, the little negatives usually won’t mean much. 👍🏻
Xiao Lanhua is basically a baby born spirit, she only 1500 year compare to other immortals like DFCQ who is 30000…
Ahh I see what you mean…chipmunk is a bit much on the personal attack…l’m just glad it’s a plot direction & not her doing it on purpose like so many others. I personally don’t think the director’s choice to have her do it was a smart move cause her acting was already innocent in the beginning but towards the end as a woman in love her voice was soft & even sensual so was perfect as such.
