Cute! Liked it when ML tried to figure out why she keeps giving him hot pains in his chest. But highlight are some of the comedy moments where I think I laughed more than I should lol and that’s coming from someone who rarely laugh out loud in any drama! Especially the introduction scene to the kimchi women in front of the shop lol
Unlike other dramas featuring obsessive partners (eg. Love in Sadness or Let me Introduce Her) for me this one was much better in the sense that the husband obsessively loved her for her alone.....there was no other side reason like she looks or reminds him of someone else. It was purely love at first sight for him! Perhaps that’s why the ending worked well here because although he was extremely manipulative, obsessive, controlling and not to forget very territorial with the FL he never physically abuse her, instead he takes his anger out on everything or anybody else even killing or get rid of anything that dares harm her. He puts her first above everyone else, never looked anywhere else & even harming anyone that stands in his way of obtaining her. I like the fact that he never forces her whenever she denies him privileges and goes to great lengths to try to hide his dark side from her. Maybe that’s why the FL was oblivious to who he really was for so long. Overall the obsession here was still a bit much for my taste since I like a bit of fluffiness in my dramas but it still worth the watch for the reasons above and violence love towards FL is where I draw the line. Probably the best drama I’ve seen with this topic so far.
I'm only at ep 5, however I'm struggling to keep going. The FL seems very immature and plain annoying so far.…
Honestly I haven’t watched it but I’m checking it out as I’m interested in plot description...when I saw the cast i knew I wasn’t gonna like it and the reasons are exactly what you just mentioned. I’ve seen and dropped every show the FL has stared in cause she may be pretty but she always come across as a kid and frail even when she plays high school roles. And although ML is a good actor he looks too young for me to enjoy this. I saw the trailer and all I can think of was that the Leads are so wrong for the plot. What a shame...maybe because I’m in my late 20s and now prefer realistic romances with the right age
Sung Joon is such a bae....honestly I love a good love triangle if a drama presents it, but this one didn’t really do anything for me. I’ll admit there’s good chemistry but then it’s Sung Joon, so cant really question that when he’s kisses can melt you.
The first review (up above in the reviews section) had me rolling on my bed with laughter the person legit said…
Right lol....I hesitate to watch this cause below 7 star rating is a bit low for me but this drama keeps popping up on my recommendations and everytime i look at it I read that first review...the more I read it the more I wanna watch it lol
It was a real struggle getting past the first few episodes....also felt like they rushed the interesting parts and dragged the ones we don’t really cared about. But once the leads’ story got rolling, it was just too good of a drama to pause! I’ve seen these 2 leads in the drama Discovery of Love and like there I felt their intense chemistry as well. I’m more of a full on Fantasy Romance with clouds and butterflies but I don’t know why that when I watched their dramas it draws me in just as much. I love that they portrayed the realness and the struggles that love can go through...that even real love ain’t all glittery as we see on tv & read in books. Nobody is perfect...what I love the most is that the player got served his match and suffered long enough for his terrible jerky decisions! So glad I saw this!!!
Omg I swear I would continue to watch it but I just can’t gest over the forced kiss scene in (aka almost rape…
Hmmm interesting theory but I’ve experienced this behaviour and it’s honestly not bad if feelings are mutual and given more time it would be sizzling if the other hadn’t interrupted. What I actually didn’t like is what he did to the other girl before they left. She deserved it of course...but not from him.
Omg tried starting this drama a few times due to high rating but kept dropping it by 2nd & 3rd episode cause of plot direction & my lack of interests in the leads!! But it popped up on my recommendation again & thanks to Some of the reviews I gave it another shot yesterday & started it from 3rd episode. Imagine my surprised when episode after episode I fell in love with this drama and obsessively finished it in a day! All I can say is that it’s very rare for me to cry in sad moments in any drama let alone a happy one....and some of the confessions here just got me teary. Love the chemistry between leads and even was drawn towards 2nd ML syndrome, his eyes gave me all the feels & even got me hoping for him lol I can honestly say great writing!! To turn such a start into a great love story & sacrifice plot was just too good that I’m sure it left every viewer sighing with satisfaction by the end! Highly recommend this to all romance drama lovers especially those like me that dropped yet still curious with its reviews and ratings! You won’t be disappointed.
Honestly I was thinking what the heck is his agents doing by picking this role....he thrives much better in romantic…
Fair enough....but it’s risky when we’ve seen so many stars loose their spunk because of it. Then again I’ve experienced having to space myself away from my fav actors cause I see too many of them in the same roles hence loosing that good feeling of getting lost in a drama. But in my books, it’s always worth the wait when he eventually is cast in a role that I like.
When most ppl getting hyped and frowning upon by the plots meaning and characters’ actions, I on the other hand adore this film! I’m sure they can’t explain everything in a movie length and probably would if it was a drama but it’s sweet, funny and best of all good chemistry! Love the Leads especially my sexy Oppa Yoo Yeon Seok!!!
You need to be in the right frame of mind and the timing must be right in order to enjoy this drama. I started it twice and dropped it years ago cause it felt too deep for what I was looking for at the time. Now over 2 years later, I’ve come across & seen one of the subjects shown in this drama...and with that I have some understanding to continue watching this. Romance was good, plot was good, acting was good and I love the meaningful lessons this drama gives out. It’s not your typical romance drama that everything is something you can only dream of but if you’re after a deep and most often realistic romance with real life issues and dilemma that the everyday person can endure then this could be your cup of tea.
Absolutely love that good satisfying feeling this drama gave out!!! I found our FL have grown and blossomed so much in this drama compare to her other ones. And ML just tickle you silly with all his sex appeal :) What girl doesn’t want her man to look at you the way he does! Great couple Chemistry!!!! I started noticing him in HSDSS historical drama and absolutely love him after this. Gosh... it’s just what I needed to pleased my romantic side. Love it x
First romance drama where I was scared for the FL when it came to her interactions with ML. He gave out such a real gangster vibe especially with his assistant. Even the other dramas with aggressive ML you can still see that they act because of conflicting emotions. But glad that I kept watching And saw character growth from his side. Honestly I feel like she went to him a bit too easily but glad all ended well
How come Netflix and Viki have 34 episodes when there's 21? Are they correct or is MDL correct? If there actually…
Technically 21 episodes 1 & a half hr long. Viki, Netflix, YouTube and platforms that shows it have shorten to 47mins per episode thus making it up to 34 episodes.

Idk why u think its creepy and its called puppy love or first love and there is nothing wrong with that and they…
Love is a feeling that is uncontrollable, and a feeling which one has and the other returns. Love always means caring, supportive, giving and letting go for the sake of the other’s happiness. On the other hand, obsession is only a crazy idea where a person cannot think in an affectionate manner, and love without love in return. It’s condition in which one person feels an overwhelming obsessive desire to possess another person with an inability to accept failure Or rejection.
